I ordered a pet portrait for my best friend who had to put her dog down earlier this year. I was devastated that our postal service went on strike a month before the Christmas holidays so I reached out to see what West and Willow could do to help me. Edith was so great and helpful and answered any questions I had. They did everything they could so that I received my package. It finally came just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be more thankful. It’s absolutely perfect.

I ordered a large pet portrait, and they printed it completely random, incorrect name of my pet. I have emailed their Customer Support email twice and I have heard nothing in return. $144 wasted so far

I order my portrait Nov9th and we are at the end of décembre and i don't have any update on my tracking number no answer from the support group

Product ordered at 11/25 for a Christmas gift. Paid extra for fast production. On 12/4 Received incorrect frame color and artwork that was incorrect (picture was over corrected with brown due to lighting). Sent email/filled out form regarding issue the day I received it. Worked with representative on artwork replacement and received updated design on 12/13 and approved same day. It is now 12/21 and I still have not received any shipping confirmation regarding a replacement. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and have not heard from the company since 12/13. I do not recommend this company as clearly they do not care once you have paid for your artwork!!

Took longer to arrive than I thought, but it was worth the wait. My daughter will absolutely love this portrait of her fur baby! I can't wait til Christmas to give it to her.

Came in time for a December birthday, special gift . Captured my dogs faces perfectly, looks so life like . We love it so much , we ordered a second for us.
