So far I have had all good feedback while I’m awaiting my package. My questions were answered quickly and it was very easy to access the site. I’ve had other work done prior to this order and had a wonderful experience. This is why I have come back to have another picture made.

Very helpful with a mistake I made when ordering. Pillows were a big hit as an anniversary gift.

Ordered two separate pictures a week apart the one I ordered first still hasn't come. I got the second picture I ordered but not the CD I ordered with it.

Poster received looks nothing like the image I submitted. Very poor detail and quality. Do not waste money on this.

Was not cheap but looked incredibly cheap, still waiting on resolution. Do not purchase anything from these guys.

I have been trying to get information about my shipment and I haven’t been able to get a resolution. I’m missing a portrait that was apparently shipped and no one is getting back to me. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. At this point I would not be recommending this company to anyone and I will never purchase again.

I received my original piece with a couple errors. I message customer service and they were very professional and quick to respond, fix the issue, and ship the replacement!
