I ordered 5 prints - one for myself and four as Christmas gifts. Three out of the five were perfect! However one had the wrong color of a dog, and the other had the three dogs’ names all wrong (not even close to the actual names). When I reached out to customer service they responded fairly quickly. They fixed the mistakes, emailed me proofs to approve, then sent the corrected prints. Unfortunately they did not arrive in time for Christmas, but the recipients of the gifts loved the end results! I would definitely order from West & Willow again. If I had one recommendation, it would be that they send proofs for every order before they are shipped.

Order was never fulfilled till I had to reach out. Then they ensured me my order would arrive in time for Christmas and I didn't. Then said they would give me a refund and i've when that will be and no one will get back to me.

Picture didn’t really look like pet. I paid for Skip the Line so that I could give as a gift and they spelled the name wrong so I didn’t receive it in time.

They did such a great job matching to the photo! Got this as a gift for my niece as her and her husband got a corgi puppy this fall. It came out perfect! And such speedy delivery!

you cant see what the picture actually looks like before you buy it, it takes a long time to get there, and for what you get, its really expensive.

This is my 2nd purchase from West & Willow. Their help in choosing the best photo of my sons dog was greatly appreciated. The artwork arrived quickly & our sons reaction when he opened this present was precious.
