I have ordered from west

Wonderful job! And to top it off, wonderful customer service experience. My digital download was inadvertently removed from my cart and some time later they helped me get my digital download at the rate original planned. Very helpful, and VERY quick to respond. Which is always nice. Would return for more business in a heartbeat.

The picture they made turn out fantastic! I wasnt sure what to expect. I sent in a couple of pictires for them to pick from. The end result looks just like Stella. The customer service was great! Answered my questions very quickly.

This is the second time I have ordered West & Willow pet portraits for Christmas gifts and both recipients were THRILLED! I am so impressed by both the quality of the portraits and the response from customer service! I would not hesitate to order from West & Willow again!

Beautiful paintings! I got two and I love both of them! Great for the house and the paintings show our dogs personalities so well. I appreciated how quick we got our paintings and how quick and easy and kind the service was when I communicated with them on email. Thank you!

I came across West and Willow through instagram and kept contemplating on getting a portrait for my pup. I never took the plunge and regretted it since my pup passed away in August 2024. I decided to adopt a pet and didn’t want to make the same mistake and wait to order a portrait so I decided to get two of them. One for the pup who just passed and one for my new pup. The portraits came out so beautiful that it brought me and my family to tears. If you’re looking for a sign to order that portrait, please take this as that sign and order one. They were professional, prompt and kept me up to date on when everything would be ready. I’m so grateful because even though I don’t have my late pup with me, I know his portrait will be with me and my family forever. Thank you guys so much for making this such a positive experience!

The painting of my 2 cats is absolutely purrrfect!! This is the 5th that I’ve had done by West & Willow & I am so impressed by the work the artists do!!! Love them!

Absolutely amazing. Arrived just before christmas it was like a miracle. I was a little anxious to see how it turned out, but it was better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you West & Willow team
