West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The picture is so precious and enhances the original picture details! Would highly recommend West & Willow custom pet portraits!

After some shipping status errors, due to a Canada post strike interrupting the process and after the fact the strike lifted there was still no package. Assuming it was lost in transit I reached out to the company and they had contacted me right away apologizing on the situation offering me a digital copy and a new shipment. Safe to say one of the two portraits have arrived and it's a 10/10 for myself and for the girlfriends review she adores it very much. I would definitely recommend on the quality and artwork used! It's a very thoughtful gift.

Their effort to assist be was appreciated. Very polite and responsive.

It is taking very long to even get to

I absolutely love my pups portraits! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I thought I would have received a template to approve it. I was worried it wasn’t going to come out looking like them, but it was perfection. I highly recommend getting one, but just trust the process.

As a first time client I can't express how amazed and impressed I was at the pictures I received! They were spot on and such an incredible likenesses. My kids were thrilled and absolutely loved the portraits! Can't fail to add that shipping was quick and items were securely packaged. Thank you for the exceptional service and artistry!!
