I ordered before Christmas and still have not received my item. The tracking for this has been all messed up, and its almost been a month since ordering.

They were very patient and helpful with my photos, I was struggling finding good ones and they were able to work with me Also, I’m so happy with the final product and results of their efforts. I recommend this group for any pictures of pets and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for this request.

I was elated when I received my picture of Buster! You nailed it!

The print was EXACTLY how it should`ve been done. It included every detail that I could`ve hoped for. I even went to the support team to ensure certain characteristics were included, and they were super friendly and thorough in ensuring my needs were met. Jeramy, my customer support rep, listened to what I needed on this print and promised it would be done. Phenomenal customer service and picture quality! I highly recommend West & Willow and will be buying more in the future. 10/10

Would have liked the image to take up more of the canvas

The service was awesome! I was guided on what kind of pictures needed. And received my print sooner than I had imagined. It was exactly as I had ordered. My family has ordered many a print and have been extremely satisfied!
