Everything came out perfect! All the cats we got on there look perfect... even the chunkier one lol.

Amazing experience! Customer service was so helpful and my portrait arrived quickly and looked great! Would highly recommend.

It really does look like the photo sent in! Response is fast and so was shipping. 10/10 experience.

I ordered a framed picture of three dogs for my daughter in-law. The likeness of the dogs is perfectly captured! I also received it in a timely manner. Very happy with the process overall!

The customer service at West and Willow is superb! I wasn't happy with my original order and at no cost they allowed me to supply a new picture and sent me a proof before printing and then sent me a new framed picture at no additional cost. They always replied right away and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Beautiful picture. So life like. Looks exactly like my little girl. Fast shipping

I have purchased 8 portraits from West and Willow. They have all exceeded my expectations. One of my portraits was delivered with a broken frame and they responded within minutes to send me a new one. I highly recommend them!
