BROKEN FRAME

Awful.. after I placed the order no one contacted me for 4 days.. then… they tried to say that’s the policy. No phone. Number to call and speak with an actual person. .:: picture does not look like our dog !

All animals portrayed looked exactly like them. Beautiful work. Thank you

I love my order, the necklace is perfect. It is beautiful, quality and is an amazing likeness to my friend’s dog. I bought this as a gift and am so happy with it. The ordering process was so easy. My friend loves her gift and thinks it is very special!

Been almost 7 years since Dakota crossed Rainbow bridge. This print is a daily reminder of my best friend.

We had a wonderful experience with West & Willow. We had two portraits done and they are both excellent. We are so happy with them. Thank you for capturing each one so perfectly.

Arrived very quick, I had some questions about my order that were answered within great timing, and my portrait is beautiful!!!

I ordered this on Black Friday and I have still not received it (mid-January)
