This was my second order from West and Willow. I like the modern design along with the options offered.

Picture wasn't great at first but they made it right and were so easy to work with. Now I have a great portrait of my little girl!

My first package was delivered damaged, not that I thought it was west and willow's fault, but they were fast and very friendly with responding and sending out another portrait. Loved that they took the time to make a new picture for us as well! Was very happy with the overall product and experience

The picture turned out beautiful! And it shipped to my house so quickly! Definitely planning to order something again.

It was great but the picture of Sadie needed a few more touches. Wish her face around the nose area was a little more grayer like her picture. Other than that it was quick service and got here with no issues.
