Ummm the image of my dog looks really really weird and nothing like the picture that I sent. I would love to attach both photos and send them to you so you could see. I am really not happy with it.

Great experience and product to match. I had a slight issue with the photo being a little off color but they fixed it immediately and made sure I was 100% happy. I would recommend my closet friends and family to use their services!

All went well. Timely and good quality.

easy to order, delivered in a timely fashion I would have liked to see a more accurate colour match for one of our dogs as she is a dark chocolate brown but the print is black. Maybe a spot to describe the colour would help or an email to check before final completion (email mockup prior to sending)

Customer service is so kind and quick to respond to inquiries. The portraits came out better than I could ever imagine!

No only are the pet portraits amazing quality, the customer service is one of the best I have experienced which is hard to find these days. They have been incredible to deal with, a great purchasing experience all round. Would highly recommend!

The product was wonderful but the customer service is terrible. The only option to contact anyone is via an email message and I have been waiting 4-5 days without any response.

Another fantastic portrait and the best Birthday gift ever for my daughter-in-law. A three dog portrait that warmed her heart and soul. Thank you West & Willow for making her day especially special and delivering in (7) days!
