West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Inaccurate drawing of my pets and does not reply to emails regarding any changes. Order was not delivered on time and was constantly being delayed.

The photo is fabulous! Know the person that will receive it will be so happy with it!

Wonderful, detailed, and fast delivered gift! We got it just in time before our friend’s dog’s memorial. He loved it. It is a great sentimental gift to remember the wonderful pet(s) in our lives.

Incredible! I sent a photo that was admittingly not great, but the artist created the most perfect likeness of our precious pup! I love the simplicity of the font, the background color and the sleek white frame. AND, it arrived so quickly! This will be my new favorite gift to give to all my furry friend lovers!

The picture was great

The mug and portrait are absolutely perfect... EXACTLY as pictured and the delivery time was super fast. Thank you so much for this beautiful gift!

Although my picture was damaged in shipping when I contacted customer service they immediately took care of issuing a new picture. Thank you

I think everything was great. The ease of ordering, the accuracy of the final product, the quality of the print and frame, and most especially the fast shipping.
