I ordered 3 weeks prior to Christmas - it didn’t turn up. Customer service told me to wait… I asked for a replacement… still I wait.

This was our third print we have ordered from these guys. Wonderful customer service, no questions asked, prompt and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I love the portrait it self, looks amazing. I just wish I was given a preview before it was printed so I could change the background color. I choose black base on a sample closest to my dogs color, but he was just a little darker. Hard to see him unless it's in bright light. I would highly recommend.

We love, love, love the image that West & Willow created of our daughter’s two goldendoodles! The image captures well their relative sizes and their personalities. The tips that they gave on how to choose a good photo of the dogs were very helpful. Really happy with it!

I ordered 4 items on 12/9/24 for Christmas gifts. I still do not have 2 even though you took my payment on 12/9. I wrote to you and someone has reordered them for me but as of today, 1/27/25, I still do not have 2 items I ordered for Christmas gifts…wonder if j will have them in time for Bslentine’s Day?

Easy to Oder and upload photos. Good delivery Delivery charge is high tho and difficult to track delivery Otherwise excellent service
