I had great customer service from beginning to end. When I had a question about using three dogs in one picture, I received a response in less than a day. I received updates regarding my project’s process/completion. The final product is phenomenal!!

The artwork is amazing and high quality. I get this as a gift for my friend and she loves it! I have questions when I uploaded my photos and customer service is excellent, I got a reply pretty quickly and my questions are well handled.

I thought this was an easy process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because at check out process it doesnt give you a preview of what your final product will look like. I would have appreciated that before I clicked check out just to make sure it was what I wanted.

I have received zero communication about my purchase and haven’t received it yet! How can I rate it?

I originally received a pet portrait as a gift from my granddaughter. I loved it so much, I ordered a pet portrait for a friend. When I had questions about the finished product, the customer service associate was rapid to respond and worked with me until I was satisfied. The finished product is amazing!
