Upon opening the portrait of my baby Mika I teared up, it was so beautiful. The other portrait I had done as a gift for a friend of mine of her two cats also was so well done. I absolutely love how both came out. Will definitely consider getting another one done in the future. Thank you!!

Great products! Second time I bought as a gift for a family member. Easy to order and quick delivery.

I received my first order promptly. I was not happy with the portrait I felt the picture of my dog was to small for the picture. They remade the portrait and was supposed to ship it, I never received it! I reached out and they supposedly remade the picture and sent out again. I have yet to receive a replacement and can not get a response from anyone after several emails.

I ordered a picture of the dog with a towel on her head with the title "Sister Luna" because she looked like a nun. The mug i received has no sign of the towel and the artist put ears on the side of her head like Shrek. There are no ears in the picture I sent. She looks like a deformed husky

2nd time ordering from them as I added 2 more pets and I couldn’t be happier! They were great to work with on ensuring I had just the right photos and I love how they all look!

Picture came damaged and customer service just sends you in circles to get a replacement. Its a real shame because I purchased my picture for a family members dog who passed away and I now likely will not be able to give it to them in time.

Bought this as a gift for a client's house warming, couldn't be happier with the result! I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
