Advertised that it would be here before valentines. Did not receive. No one responded to me when I asked what would happen if I don’t receive before valentines. I emailed and texted and asked soon as I asked about the valentines promo, no one answered

The actual artwork is perfect in every way. The name of one of my dogs is misspelled in both of my portraits. I ordered 2 or the same portraits of the same size. I admittedly made a typo when entering one of my dogs names for one of the pictures at the time of purchase however I did not realize until I received my order. I opened my order summary and saw that for the first picture, I added an S to the end of my dogs name in error. I requested a replacement for one with the correct spelling. After making sure they understand the issue customer service was very responsive and they will send a replacement for the one that was not originally sent. I am very pleased with my experience and love the artwork. Will definitely be ordering more as gifts. I will make sure I double check my spelling next time!

This is the 2nd portrait I’ve given as a gift and I can’t say enough about how special these portraits are! My only wish is that they provided ‘gift’ notes to be included in the delivery. The recipients of these portraits have loved them and displayed them proudly!

I could not be more happier with my purchase, but I wasn't at first. When I first received the item I was not happy with the quality as one of my pets were very dark on contrast, and the picture frame came broken on all four corners. Their customer service, however, was very impressive as they were very responsive and worked quickly to proof and ship a new product to replace my damaged one. It was a delightful experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a portrait of their favorite furry friend!
