Very happy with the product we received!

Love the picture of my sister’s two dogs. It made her cry and she loved it! What I love about West and Willow is their superb customer service! The first print came out a little dark and they immediately without hesitation, made some touchups and reprinted for me. It was really important for me to make sure it was perfect and so I really love that West & Willow did this.

The picture was beautiful! I got a picture of my brother’s dog for his birthday and he was all smiles when he got it. Thank you so much!

Said if I paid for Rush shipping it would come in for Valentine’s Day. It’s three days after and still hasn’t come in.

The painting did not look similar to my dog. The coloring was really off so it just looked like a generic dog with my dog’s tongue spot

I got my first portrait when I was grieving the loss of my first dog in 2021. It was a beautiful picture. Unfortunately, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my remaining dog on February 3rd. I wanted to memorialize her as well. They are both so beautiful and a great comfort to me.

We had a picture done by West and Willow when our last dog passed 6 years ago. Loved it then but the new one we just got of our most recent pup is even better! I wasn’t sure I could love it more but I do! I love that the pets heads are larger now and it looks EXACTLY like her. Thank you!
