West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Easy ordering process and just received items and they turned out great! Recipient is going to love them!

Although I have been happy with the prior two purchased I have made, the lack of customer services makes the entire process very frustrating. If you expect a confirmation email, don't hold your breath, because you won't get one. I've sent two emails since then and still no reply, not even an auto-reply. Also, the do not send a proof for review so whatever you get you get when it is delivered.

I love the photo of my two boys ! Customer service was also super helpful and quick to assist with my issue on digital down load and i was able to get that resolved super appreciate it

One of the pictures came out great, the other one makes my cat look angry. Also one pic is drawn way larger than the other. I wish we were able to preview before they were sent. Other companies offered that option, but I trusted W&W.

Beautiful!! Looks just like my 3 pets! Would recommend to family and friends!

The portrait came out way too dark compared to the photo we submitted. It almost looks like a silhouette.

Great product! Pictures look so adorable. Fast shipping.

I am so happy with how my portrait turned out! My two cats look perfect in it! I got the bigger size of frame and have no regrets, it is so cute! The turnaround time was so fast and the packaging was very secure so there was no damage to the frame. Thank you for my new favorite piece of art!
