The cup is awful. Lilli’s face is distorted. Picture is 2” and lettering is 1/4”. I am requesting a refund.

I absolutely love West & Willow products! The only thing that I don’t like was the company no longer adds the collar on the pictures. I raise service dogs. I have a picture of each dog I have raised and they all have their bandana with the organization’s logo; except this last one I purchased. 😞

I love how you capture the true look of the dogs. It keeps their memory alive forever. Thank you!

The customer service received was top notch! Had to fix an item on my portrait, but it was remedied quickly.

It's been 20 days, and I still haven't received my order. I paid for rush service which was pointless. The worst part is there is no tracking information except through an unknown third-party that results in a confusion of broken links. Very disappointed.

Very nice quality. Cool pet related jewelry. I have the mini paw necklace for departed pets and a bone ring with my dog’s name. Also purchased a bone ring for my daughter and she loves it. Great site for animal lovers.

Pictures arrived in a good amount of time. I feel for the price though it wasn't really worth it. There's large amounts of white space and the animal image is relatively small. I do feel this is something a moderately tech savvy person could do on their own.

I had purchased a framed print of my dog for a Christmas gift for my husband. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the finished product. West & Willow took the time to do another print, not once, but twice to make sure I was happy with the end result. They really went out of their way to make me happy. Their customer service is top notch! I would highly recommend them. Not many places will go out of their way like that.
