I was not pleased with the mug. Under the name Ellie were two letters P M. I emailed about my concern but did not get a response.

Ordering was very easy and the finished product was shipped very quickly. Quality was excellent.

No digital download has been sent. Not happy with the picture itself. Poor communication.

Cute. I like the quality of the actual poster material. My dogs picture could have been done better with a bit more detail imo, but we can atleast tell it’s her. I will still hang it. But I expected more for price

They did an amazing job creating art of my dog. Now I can bring my pup with me when I’m missing her.

I have bought 4 doggie portraits prior to this current one I just ordered. I am beyond happy with my previous orders. Unfortunately my most recent order did not live up to my expectations. The portrait of my Labrador is smaller in size compared to my smaller dogs (shih tzu) and (rat terrier) so it looks very goofy next to the other portraits. You would think the labrador would be larger then the small dogs. It's like they shrunk his head so there is more empty space then portrait. I have 4 more to order as we have 9 dogs but am hesitant to spend the money now.

We are very pleased with the quality of the artwork we ordered.
