What a disappointment! The image print is cheap and you can see the barcode in the top right corner of the image. The delivery time was long. Our dog passed away, and I was really hoping to have an original souvenir of him.

Your cancellation policy is stupid. It took me approximately two hours to email to cancel my order after I changed my mind and the customer service associate told me your policy is that the customer has to email within 30 minutes. But your customer service takes hours to reply, so this doesn’t make any sense. I will be giving absolutely horrible reviews all across social media because I could not cancel my order and get a refund. These are expensive items and sometimes people change their mind. I could understand if it was days later, but it was literally two hours. I hope you’re registered with a Better Business Bureau because I will be making any reports to have your business investigated.

I had to contact your helpdesk because I didn’t receive the gift card email right away that I can forward to the gift recipient. So I sent an email to your helpdesk and they got back to me the next day and the Email was there and everything worked out just fine. The gift recipient is very excited about her gift!

Got it for my best friend when his dog passed away. He said it was awesome and it was one of the greatest gifts he’s ever got

OMG my print of my Bailey could not be more perfect. You captured her smile and her floppy ears perfectly. I'm still waiting on the keychain but I'm sure it will be just as great. Losing my girl has been the hardest thing i've ever had to go through. The print has brought me some comfort in being able to see her sweet face everyday.

My original portrait had an error, as my puppy is special needs. They were super responsive and fixed the issue with no problem, providing me a proof at no cost to review. It now looks just like him!
