Both of the framed pictures in my order came with broken frames. I contacted West & Willow and they were originally very helpful. Since then I’ve been waiting for my new order. I keep getting random emails from the company telling me they are sorry it’s taking so long to get back to me. Frankly, I have no idea what’s going on.

So responsive to my request for an adjustment to the rendering I purchased of my client's cat and dog. Not questions asked just revised and sent an entirely new file AND framed print. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I received a damaged product because the packaging was a box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it and when I start asking for my money back because it’s been weeks without communication, they say there was a “file glitch” and it conveniently was “fixed” the day I ask for my money back. Do not recommend
