The team didn't send me a proof! The picture looks nothing like my dog.

I love these dog portraits! I have bought them for friends, my in laws and the kids-truly the best gift ever!!

Wonderful to work with and the result was better than I expected

Name was wrong and it was replaced immediately with the new one. Very easy to deal with.

I placed an order on March 12. And paid an additional fee to skip the line, and a digital download with an additional fee. It says that orders take between 2 to 3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I had to reach out to receive an update. After reaching out, I was able to get a tracking number. I paid for an additional fee to skip the line, and still I had to reach out to them and wait 2 weeks to get an update. I was expecting to have feedback earlier. In addition to that, I get notified by USPS that they had an insufficient address to deliver the package, and that the package was returned back to W&W. I gave the right and complete address. After 21 days I am still waiting to get the physical and digital order, and haven't been confirmed when it will be delivered.

My little Wesley passed away on St. Patrick’s Day, he was 15. He was a special boy, born on Christmas, and received as a Valentine’s gift. I thought I was preparing myself for his departure, but I was so wrong. I was unsure if the photo I uploaded (my all time favorite) would be good enough, but it came out so good and is the perfect representation of him. I cannot thank West & Willow enough.

The rendition of Memphis was spot on. This was a gift for our future son-in-law. He loved it.

West & Willow excels in both artistry and service, making them a top choice for anyone looking to create a meaningful and stylish pet portrait. Whether as a gift or a personal tribute, their work is well worth the investment. Our family member’s dog passed away and this will be an amazing memory.
