I ordered a portrait on a Friday afternoon, and the next day I was able to take a better photo, so I emailed asking to submit another. Ralph emailed me Sunday morning to basically tell me it was too late and the designer already started. I am sure it's annoying to have customers reaching out to change photos, but I don't think Ralph made any effort to accomodate my request. That denial was 10 days ago, and it still hasn't shipped, so obviously they designer hadn't started it as he claimed.

It's been three weeks and I am waiting for any update on my order.

The product is beautiful and well made

It was quick easy and fast the picture came out great

I lost my boy. I wanted to make a image to have to be able to remember him. I get no updates but flood with emails did you miss something when trying to check on the status. Please understand. I help a German Shepherd Rescue for over 12 years. I have lost several but still 7 with me. Was going to see how this product was. But I think I be looking other places. Stupid me paid for the digital. You send me a email about it but guess what you can not look at it till after you get your order. So I get a error message. Why even send it. Who every done you setup. Please have it relooked it. Very sad. My purchased is on April 3. Today is when I get an email let me know about the digital print. 10 Days later. Still no status when it might ship, But 1 to 2 weeks right.
