The ad said that if I ordered my picture the day on which I ordered it, the package would arrive by Mother’s Day. As I look at the tracking number, UPS says it won’t be delivered until the day after Mother’s Day. I’m pretty disappointed, and I’m not a fan of false advertising. I will be letting others know not to fall for such gimmicks presented by West & Willow.

Seeing as how I ordered this 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping notification, it shows that your company is more concerned with the appearance you have sending a review out before even delivering the product. Highly disappointed.

It came out PERFECT! And came quicker than I expected :)

Easy to use website, great communication during the process and super fast delivery. This was a memorial gift for friends so I loved that it came so quickly and I was able to give them something to remember a very special dog.

West & Willow did exactly as the picture of my pet that I uploaded and their website is very user-friendly and makes it easy to find exactly what you need! West & Willow exceeded my expectations in quality and delivery! I absolutely loved how it turned out and it's beautiful!

I originally placed an order on April 3rd. After receiving no communication for a few days I reached out to find out the status of my order. Upon minutes of reaching out, all of a sudden my order was finally ready to be shipped and I received a tracking number immediately. My order finally arrives on April 18th. Problem is my pet portrait has the wrong name on it, and the color of his fur is a little too dark. I reached out to customer service and let them know of my issues. They offered to fix the problems, and update the portrait. On April 24th they sent me an email with the updated photo, and asked if I was happy with it that they would get it sent to into production and have it shipped out to me immediately. I agreed to the changes they made. Well it is now May 8th, and I still do not have my portrait, over 1 month since my original order. At this point I don't even want my order anymore, and I just want a refund. I will never support this company again, as my experience has been lack luster and not worth the time.

I have used Wedt and Willow twice. Both times, the portraits perfectly captured our dogs. The portraits arrived quickly. They were beautifully framed and reasonably priced. This is a perfect memorial for my recently deceased pet.

I love the result except my dog is a chocolate lab and the coloring on the picture was very dark like a black lab. But I am happy with it and glad you were able to capture her face and crazy hair!
