I feel like his left ear was misrepresented and I wish the company would have sent a proof first, for me to look at and approve before sending the final, physical product.

The picture quality itself was nice and clear, but I wasn’t really impressed with the overall design. The dog’s face came out too dark, making it hard to see the facial features and expressions. It lacked the detail and character I was hoping for.

This isn't my first purchase with West & Willow, but it is the first time they had to reach out due to issues with my pictures. Sharon not only reached out to ensure they had the best pictures possible she also walked me through everything and continued to stay in contact. I've always been super happy with the products I've received and will continue to use them!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Jamie! We're so happy to hear you've had such a positive experience, and we'll be sure to pass your lovely feedback on to Sharon! ❤️

First and foremost, thank you for the picture of my daughter’s cats. This is my third order with you and I’ve always enjoyed all of them. I have to admit the last photo I received. I was a little disappointed on one of the cats fur color. It seemed very dark in comparison to the actual picture I sent (and had an individual picture of the same cat that was not that dark) the cat so dark, she looks black, other than that thank you.
