This is my third portrait purchase and it looks great every time! This time I got a mug as well, as a gift for my little sister, who recently lost her dog and she cried.

Website was easy to use. Good communication and responded quickly when my photo wasn’t the best to use. This is my third time using West & Willow and will continue to do so.

Bought a framed picture of my friend's pup that recently passed. She loved it! Quality is amazing and it made her bawl. Bought one for myself as well.

I made my purchase June 20 for 3 painted portraits, and then I made a follow-up purchase on July 14 of the downloadable portraits from my order and have yet to receive either order.

I order this special picture of my dog and it’s took over 6 weeks to get it was the first problem. When I got it, looked like him but had shades of green in it. Which my dog is not green. They re did it sent me a proof and now he was completely white.. which is not his color either. Finally they got it somewhat correct and the order said shipped… said that for weeks. Contacted them and they said they were sorry it hasn’t been shipped and that it would be shipped asap. They refunded me the shipping fee. Still waiting weeks for shipping confirmation. Never got anything. They refunded me my full amount but never ever received the new proof. So now I have a picture of my dog that has green in it and waited 3.5 months for it to be corrected and it never was. Very sad when you are waiting for that social portrait of your special pet.

Hello Elizabeth, We’re so sorry for the frustration and delays, especially with such a meaningful piece. While we’re glad we could issue a refund, we know that doesn’t make up for the experience. Thank you for your patience, and again, we truly apologize.

I ordered a pet portrait in May of 2025 and at the time of this review (end of July 2025) I have still not received the portrait. Very disappointed.
