The portraits I ordered (4) are amazing and really depict the character of our dogs and cat. Altho it took a bit of time I did receive the digital copies of the portraits I ordered. These are a fun addition to any gallery wall. A wonderful gift to give a family that loves their dogs and cats. Very helpful customer service.
