Terrible experience. It took over 1 month and 3 different replacements for them to send me what I actually ordered. Expect radio silence from their customer service team unless you are the one to follow up with them.

We’re so sorry for the experience you had, Ben. that’s definitely not the level of service we aim for. We’ve been swamped with tickets lately, but we’re actively improving our response times to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your patience and feedback 🙏

The first print we received was quite generic in our view. When we spoke with them, they worked with us and generated a rendering that will forever provide us an incredible memory. Thank you

The portrait of my two Golden Boys was captured perfectly! It brought tears to my eyes when I opened it. Both of my Golden Retrievers have crossed the rainbow bridge. This portrait will be a constant reminder of my golden boys, who will forever hold a special place in my heart. Thank you!
