Tengo dos toshiba mas de 2 años y sin problemas, me compre un WD 8TB, solo me ha durado un año. Con todo lo que conlleva, la pérdida de todo lo que tengo. Intentando recuperar los datos. Sin comentarios....

Ordered a product from WD. After several weeks they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered so I cancelled the order. They then decided to deliver the order and charged me for it. I now have the headache of returning the item to get my money back and their customer service couldn't care less. I'd never ever buy anything from them again

I ordered a memory drive that should have arrived within a week of placing the order. It hasn't, nobody will respond and since then I have received numerous phishing attempts to my account. I believe I have been scammed and lost my money. Please avoid

DID NOT REFUND ME £400 AFTER THEY LOST MY PACKAGE. Terrible customer service, they never refunded me after they said they did and when I enquired further they ignored me.

Mai più ! ho acquistato un My Cloud Ex2 Ultra 4Tb 3.5, da subito ha manifestato strane anomalie nei salvataggio dei file che inizialmente non sapevo a cosa imputare, a breve è emerso che proprio uno degli Hard Drive che stavo utilizzando era danneggiato, prodotto acquistato ancora in garanzia quindi invio il componente danneggiato al centro assistenza, dopo un mese di insistenze in attesa di ricevere la sostituzione mi comunicano che il componente non è al momento disponibile e senza nessun'altra comunicazione mi lasciano in attesa un'altro mese, nel frattempo il componente è in vendita in tutti gli store compreso quello ufficiale, chiedo a Western Digital una soluzione alternativa e smettono di rispondere, questa è quello che succede quando spendi 300 euro per un prodotto a cui affidi la sicurezza dei tuoi dati, ovviamente alla richiesta di rimborso scatta il rimpallo tra venditore e produttore, sempre che non si siano già cautelati stravolgendo a loro piacimento la garanzia europea che quando vai a leggere la loro versione è talmente piena di deroghe che se ti rimandano la scatola vuota è già tanto fate schifo !!!!!!!!!!! truffatori !!! ---------------------------------------------------------- aggiornamento dopo mesi mi hanno sostituito l'hard disk danneggiato appena inserito si è guastato quello sostituito ed anche quello di backup ho rischiato di perdere tutti i dati, sono riuscito a trovare (non nel sito ufficiale) un numero telefonico di assistenza con cui parlare , sempre la stessa persona anche a distanza di mesi sempre gentilissima e precisa nel annotare il problemi e far avanzare il ticket ed aggiornarmi via mail alla fine è riuscita a risolvere sostituendo in garanzia il prodotto intero, migliora quindi la valutazione, ma rimane negativa sull'affidabilità del prodotto, seppur di ottima usabilità

Ich habe mir vor 3 Jahren eine Home-Cloud Duo gekauft, um sie beruflich zu nutzen. Aber auch im Privatgebrauch ist sie unbrauchbar. Die erste ging nach 4 Wochen kaputt inklusvie Datenverlust, obwohl gespiegelte HDD. Die zweite stellt permanent den Betrieb ein. Es ist nicht möglich Massendaten zu speichen, wie Fotos oder Musik. Der Zugriff darauf funktioniert nicht, Musikbibliotheken werden ständig zerschossen. Man sieht nur Eieruhren oder eingeforene Bildschirme. Möchte ich eine PDF exportieren, spielt schon die Dateigröße keine Rolle mehr. In der Zeit, in der ich diese Rezension schreibe, warte ich darauf, das eine 9 MB große Datei gespeichert wird. Ich bin so stinksauer, das ich nicht weiß, ob ich das Ding zurück zu WD schicken soll, oder direkt aus dem Fenster werfen. Es ist wirklich eine Frechheit, das diese Probleme partout nicht in den Griff bekommen werden. Ich kaufte diese Festplatte in der Annahme, sie sei so gut wie HDD-Baracuda, die ich schon seit über 10 Jahren störungsfrei benutze. Das war wohl nix. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Returned a G Raid 8TB purchase due to the one hard (4TB) drive not working straight out of the box. Once finally getting through to the customer service team I actioned a return, due to my experience and confidence that a replacement would be any better. The following day the item was collected and they took receipt the following day (signed and tracked) and then informed that a refund would take up to 10 days.... I'm still waiting for my refund a month later after numerous calls and my case being escalated on every call (apparently). Every time you call it's the standard reply of wait 3 days and it will be refunded.... still waiting! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES, STAY AWAY! You've been warned.

This is a review of the online service. The product itself should be excellent.....when it arrives! Unfortunately WD use UPS, an awful company. Waited all day for a delivery they told me was on its way, then an hour after it was supposed to have arrived, I was told it was coming the following Tuesday! Who is going to pay for my wasted day?
