What a rubbish company! Ordered a product to be shipped to my home address. Instead, they shipped it to a shop in another town via UPS, and then ask me to go and collect it from there! Clowns!!! Customer service of both Western Digital and UPS are equally bad and useless. What a bunch of clowns!! Shameful shameful!!!

I wouldn’t even give one star for their delivery service. Ordered a hard drive 16 days ago, still waiting for it. Stay away from their official shop.

Absolutely 0 support , hard drive delivered to - Other , no help at all , refund denied , need to make chargeback , said will investigate with ups after a day send me - refund denied and no help. probably same bull*** whats amazon is.

Worst hard drive support ever. This company charges a handful of money for a hard drive and a cloud service only to let you lose files, never to be found again. Their customer support is absent, they just leave you to it like “oh, this happened”, no refund, no anything.

Ich hatte eine extterne Festplatte gekauft, die auch reibungslos funktionierte. Als ich Wochen später einen Upload von der Festplatte in eine Datenbank vornehmen wollte, funktionierte das nicht. Ich dachte, ich hätte bei der Installation einen Fehler gemacht und wendete mich telefonisch an den Support, dort konnte man mir in ausgesprochen freundlicher Form sofort helfen. Es war ein Kabel locker gewesen, das man mir anstandslos ersetzte. Ich wurde mit zwei Mails über den Sachstand der Sendung informiert und habe die Möglichkeit, den gleichen Callcenter-Agent, bei Problemen zu kontaktieren. Ausgesprochen guter Support.

What a hopeless company. I really expected better from this group but sadly their service is really poor. I order a simple MP3 player. They ship it thro UPS. Tracking tells me it’s out for delivery. Never arrives. 24 hrs later tracking says it’s at depot. Stuck it seems! Wait 3 days, Nothing. Try to contact UPS, leave my details, they take my phone number, will call me in approx 21 minutes; Nothing. Try to email WD, office shut to European customers. Try to contact them with email; page freezes, cannot make contact! This was only a simple MP3 player, and we have a Parcel Drop Box fitted to our house with full instructions, so NO excuse for not leaving should we be out! Never again shall I order from this company, it’s just a joke and clearly they don’t want Any contact with customers!

Ich habe eine externe festplatte bei WD bestelt, welche bereits nach einem Tag defekt war. Man konnte überhaupt nicht mehr auf die festplatte zugreifen. Ich habe die Festplatte am 22.03.2022 sofort zurückgeschickt und wartre bis heute 29.04.2022 immer noch auf die Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags. Ich habe bereits nach 10 Tagen ein Ticket beim Support eröffnet (220407-000089) und hatte schon mehmals Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter. Dieser hat mich jedes Mal vertröstet, dass es noch ein wenig dauert. Das letzte Mal hat er mir versichert, dass mein Fall nun eskalliert wurde. Das ist jedoch auch schon eine Woche her. Wenn ich die Bewertungen hier so lese, merke ich, dass es kein Einzelfall ist. Bisher hatte ich nur WD-Festplatten gehabt, nun werde ich nie wieder etwas bei WD bestellen

Omg . Now they blocked my account again. On apple tv its normally temember login but sometimes not. Its blocked my even if i try another password its not working and now totally blocked!!!!
