Never have business with this ppl. Fake tracking number all the time in same status: on a way.. I contact UPS company about this situation and they said that it strange and my parcel didn't purchase didn't leave country of seller and I have to contact him directly ask about it. But to catch WD support not possible. So 20 days no response..Please avoid this site and this company! I found this reviews too late..hope you gonna be more lucky

People have gave this place bad reviews but my experience was great it only took 3 days to come with ups standard shipping! Also the hard drive is great!!

Had conflicting erroneous tracking between both Western Digital and UPS and a package that was allegedly left on the doorstep by UPS before I had even had a despatch email from Western Digital. After waiting a whole month...yes a whole month for WD 'investigations' with UPS which is still ongoing, I have gone through Paypal dispute to get my money back. Like others, do not bother with customer service if any problems go straight with your card provider. Terrible customer service.

Avoid, at all costs. They are cheap for a reason. Unreliable products, and the worst customer service. I had a My Cloud product that worked fine until I updated the software because I received numerous emails from WD saying if I didn't the product will no longer be supported. Minutes after updating the software the item was bricked, no way to access anything, all data lost! Contact customer service...they took a month to reply! I wish I was exaggerating 2.5 months in I'm eventually put in touch with their "advanced technical support" who's advice was to switch it on and off again 🙈 try another cable 🤣 or try another router 🙄...I waited 2.5 months for that 🙈🤣🤣 WD: Neither very advanced, all technical and certainly not much support.

I just wanted more storage in my tower. Purchased the My Book 3 TB HD. It was delivered early, I unpacked it, plugged it in the mains then plugged in the USB cable worked like a deram. Brilliant.

I have ordered ssd sn850 online it took ages to arrive, the company is claiming that they will ship your order next working day but they won’t, it literally took 20 days to arrive my drive, even if You order from china it will take 9 days to arrive, this is full joke to me. Definitely this my last order from western digital…..Goodbye

Bought a 6T HD online came promptly. Use out of the box!!! Had to use their cloud installer programme which repeatedly failed, with or without the unwanted share. So cannot access this out of the box HD and online support is circular goes nowhere. Cant even find out how to return this useless box and get my money back. Only speak Mon-Fri once you navigate their labyrinth! Eventually, though Support was there, I discovered by turning off MalWare protection the Discovery Installer worked, even with Share turn-off. So not out of the box but it does work. Maybe three stars - I was left floundering.

Hvis jeg kunne give minus point så skal de gå til western digital my cloud!!!!! Fast kunde gennem mange år og nu kan man pludselig ikke få adgang til alle sine filer?? Fy for helve...de en dårlig service... Kan kun anbefale folk at finde anden privat server læsning for det her er bare det rene liiooooååårrtt!!!!! 🖕
