I ordered a WD Black External game drive. It was rattling inside when I opened it, so I sent it back for a refund. They now claim I sent in an internal surveillance drive. I sent this in for a refund on Feb 14, 2023. Nothing about that until now when I ask for my refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Response by Email Alejandra R. They seem need a proper shipper. Waited nearly 100 days before getting refund.

Western Digital used to be good now complete utter rubbish!!! Hard drives fails okay they replace it with a recertified hard drive then the recertified drives fail after 6 months what total rubbish!!!

No longer supporting the Ibi software or the app. I can't believe a company will create a product, promote it and then just abandon it. What a disrespect to those people that bought your product, like myself. Awful way to treat your customers. Don't expect me to buy anything from your company ever. You'll need to have your character and values evaluated in your company. Good riddance.

Bought an mp3 player as a gift for my dad but it arrived without a screen protector on and consequently scratched. I bought a second after returning the first, only to have the same problem again, despite reassurance from a fairly unbothered customer service representative that this shouldn't be the case and would therefore not happen again. Low and behold it did. Again customer service didn't seem fussed. If you're after an undamaged product, don't bother!

Non ho trovato grandi lamentele sul fatto che 8 alcuni prodotti WD abbiano un ciclo di vita brevissimo per quanto riguarda le modalità di utilizzo degli stessi. Ho comprato 2 generazioni di NAS e dopo due tre anni l'azienda ha interrotto tutti gli aggiornamenti, la possibilità di accedere da remoto, insomma le features che giustificano l'acquisto e l'uso di questi prodotti. Come acquistare un auto e dopo 2 anni ti impongono di non perderla più usare fuori città, dopo un altro anno di poterla mettere in moto solo in garage, dopo un altro anno di poterla solo guardare... Va bene l'evoluzione dei prodotti e l'aumento dei livelli di sicurezza ma chi acquista queste Device lo fa perché ha bisogno di conservare e utilizzare i file il più a lungo possibile, non temporaneamente!

Ze zijn geen ster waard... "verkopen" artikelen op de hun website die niet eens bestaan nog en dus sowieso niet geleverd gaan worden. Maar wel mijn geld nemen. Moest een week wachten tot k mijn geld terug kreeg. Western Digital zijn incompetente oplichters! KOOP HIER NIKSSSS

E' il terzo che mi si guasta e pure in poco tempo, marchio inaffidabile. Con Samsung, Toshiba e Hitachi mai nessun problema.
