Scordatevi l'affidabilità che ha sempre contraddistinto gli hd della wd, i nuovi hd sono spesso guasti o difettosi constringendo l acquirente a ricorrere all'assistenza, con spese di spedizione a proprio carico e tempi biblici di risposta e sostituzione. mio consiglio è quello di lasciar perdere, da quanto compro hd toshiba non ho più avuto il minimo problema, mai più WD!

Per ora, grazie al Signor Sergio che mi ha seguito sin dall'inizio, un servizio di assistenza ineccepile, anzi... Ideale aggiungerei in quanto ad approfondimento dopo perdita dati di una SSD sandisk extreme. Ora sono in attesa di sostituzione della stessa, in garanzia, ma credo che non avrò problemi in tal senso, quindi... Top per me, nonostante il disagio e la perdita di dati dalla scheda.

Bisher 2 Bestellungen getätigt. Für die erste Bestellung habe ich keine Rechnung bekommen. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen. Jetzt bei der 2. Bestellung das selbe. Die Anfragen werden zwar beantwortet, jedoch sind die unfähig mir eine Rechnung zu senden. Die gekauften 12TB Red Pro Festplatten sind auch noch aus 2019. Ich werde die Festplatten zurück senden. Hoffe dass die Rückzahlung wenigstens klappt.

Seit über 4 Wochen schafft WD es nicht, einen USB-Stick 128 GB auszutauschen. Unzählige Mails wurden bereits ausgetauscht, aber außer unverbindlichen leeren Worten kam von WD nichts. Die sind mit sich selbst völlig überfordert. Nachtrag 12.6.23: Mail von WD: Dies ist eine Bestätigung über den Empfang Ihrer eingesandten Produkte am Juni 12, 2023. Sie werden per E-Mail benachrichtigt, sobald Ihre Austauschprodukte versendet werden. Tatsächlich liegt mir ein unterschriebener Zustellungsnachweis vom 24.5.23 vor. WD kommt für mich nicht mehr in Frage.

I Bought a 1TB Western Digital Blue SSD in Oct 2022 from Amazon WD Store. it is now May 2023 and the drive has failed. The data is non-recoverable, unless you want to remove the individual SS chips and put them on a different board to retrieve the info, it is lost. I contact WD for warranty. This is not unique to this drive is what the service agent told me. Lots have been coming back to them, and they cannot retrieve your data. I followed the steps and they have agreed to replace, however, shipping is at your expense, they won't ship a replacement until they receive yours. It may get lost in shipping like a lot does these days. Sooooo, bottom line is, don't buy these drives is all I can say. Further to my post above, I have been dealing with Western Digital customer service for over a month. They want you to package the hard drive in an electronics bag, then send to them at your expense before they will replace the drive, if it indeed failed. I asked them to send me the replacement and I’ll use their shipping material and return mine. Apparently, there is no one in WD service that will make this decision. After some 10 emails back and forth, I have given up! I ordered a replacement drive from Samsung and not looking back. I leave this company to buyer beware!

Absolute rubbish I am trying to get refund as item has gone astray they left on a doorstep I said that’s not my problem please refund they said they are looking into it,now your postal service is not my problem refund people,customer service useless will never use or buy again from them

This is my experience as an end-user. I have many Western Digital Black products for gaming. I use their top tier NVME SSDs for gaming and for my OS. Not only does Western Digital make outstanding memory products, but their warranty, policies, and customer service are industry leading. I have had a few RMAs with my drives, and they not only replaced them but upgraded them free of charge. They seriously have the best warranty policy of any tech company and their customer service is exceptional, rivaling even Amazon. I am blown away that such a giant tech company can be this way. I cannot recommend their products enough. I use other memory companies like Samsung, which are also great, but no one compares to WD. They have a customer for life.

Fuyez ! J'ai commandé depuis 5 jours, un disque dur ssd, aucune nouvelle sur l'expédition, pas de réponse ni par mail ni par téléphone ni sur Facebook. Je n'ai vu les avis qu'après malheureusement. Difficiles à contacter et pas de nouvelles sur le suivi. A fuir !!! Édit, ont finalement pris la peine de me répondre mais trop tard, remboursement effectué par PayPal
