Their customer service left much to be desired. It took more than two months for them to respond to my inquiries regarding the faulty product. Such a prolonged delay in addressing customer concerns is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of urgency in resolving issues. When I finally received a response, the information provided was incorrect. This only added to the frustration and prolonged the resolution process. It's concerning when a company fails to provide accurate information to its customers, as it undermines trust and reliability. Overall, my experience with Western Digital's customer service and product quality has been subpar. I hope they take steps to improve their responsiveness and ensure the accuracy of the information they provide to customers in the future.

Do not buy the My cloud home device I have owned two. The first one was dropped, and corrupted, unrecoverable data. The second one purchased has been carefully and lovingly treated and filled up with precious files, for it to just sit on my shelf and corrupt, with no reason at all. The data may or may not be on there according to the support people but I won't know unless I am prepared to pay large sums to data recovery third parties, hours and hours of my life lost trying to deal and sort out this machine, for NOTHING! Save your money chose anything else but NOT a My Cloud from western digital as they are completely rubbish and useless,

devo rivedere la mia recensione, onestamente non credevo, ma dopo aver scritto in modo duro alla WD, si sono attivati, ringrazio il Sig. Costantino per il supporto, al momento il prodotto è in RMA ed attendo l'esito delle valutazioni per la garanzia. sono stati seguito passo passo telefonicamente per definire la pratica grazie servizio tecnico inesistente, se non funziona, hai buttato i soldi. premiamo le aziende serie acquistando da loro i prodotti e WD vada pure in malora, ricordatevi NOI consumatori decidiamo il successo di una azienda

Their cloud mirrors are junk. It forgets passwords, logging is is terrible. There is zero support. I don't understand how this company is still operating. They are behaving like one that is on the verge of being wound up.
