I had purchased a very expensive pair of reading glasses that came to 178.00 after adding a couple of things to the lenses. While waiting for them to ship I was diagnosed with cancer. Automatically started chemotherapy then surgery. Not to mention scans, X-rays, port installed into chest and the numerous doctors apts. Glasses arrived and were just too big for my face. I didn’t even have the energy to deal with this at the moment so the box they came in sat aside for a couple months. We are now at the end of summer and now that I have time to do things I was upset when I found the glasses sitting in the box, I knew that this was way past the time for a exchange. However I sent a email to Warby Parker explaining my situation not really expecting anything to come from this email. They responded quickly with a response allowing me to exchange them. They were extremely compassionate and understanding to my situation. I was shocked because the glasses were ordered in March. Although never worn or used they allowed the exchange with no hesitation. I ended up going into a store so that I could be properly fitted. I have bought glasses in the past and have had them for many years without any issues. I cannot say enough about how I was treated. I find their products well worth the money as well as the quality. I’m pretty shocked after reading some of these reviews and find it hard to believe as well. My family have been customers with WP now for 10 yrs.

I hated everything about my experience. My glasses were NOT $99 and I wasn't told until it was time to pay that they would be $500+. The employees weren't nice,and made me feel like me and my time was an convenience. Not a fan...

I visited the Freehold Mall location today regarding an issue with my recently purchased glasses\. Unfortunately, I found the in\-store interaction disappointing, as the attendant appeared dismissive and did not seem interested in addressing my concerns\. I felt uncomfortable continuing the conversation and ultimately decided to leave\. Fortunately, my experience with customer service by phone was excellent\. The representative promptly resolved the issue and arranged for a replacement pair of glasses, making the process much less stressful\. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and support I received\. While the phone assistance was outstanding, I hope the company will review the in\-store experience and reinforce the importance of treating customers respectfully, listening carefully, and providing meaningful assistance when concerns arise

Very disappointed with our experience at Warby Parker in Manhasset. My daughter and I entered the store prepared to make a significant purchase, yet we were completely ignored by the staff. We were the only Black customers in the store at the time, which made the experience especially uncomfortable and concerning. We waited, looked around, and made several attempts to get assistance, but no one acknowledged or approached us. Regardless of the reason, every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of attention, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unwelcome, and we will not be shopping at this location again.

I am very happy with my sunglasses. I ordered online. They got here in five days and was quick and convenient.

Great service but their products are garbage. I have had my glasses for 3 months . The quality is so poor, I went to Walmart vision and bought a new pair. Don’t buy unless you want to be disappointed.

They use AI agents instead of real employees and it creates a horrible customer experience. Will not buy from warby parker again

The Dr is amazing, The staff in the store make you feel like an idiot when trying to get glasses adjusted. I am on my second remake of lenses as the first one was measured incorrectly. The prescription was great but the store staff were abysmal. It remake was ordered incorrectly a - instead of a +. Could not see a thing nor would I ever see a thing (even the Dr said that lol). The store staff flat out told me I had to let my eyes get use to them. BS, when I said I wanted a refund they said well let us get you back in with the DR. Prescription was fine she figured out it was orders incorrectly. Literally received new glasses, work ok, need adjustment. Take the 20-30 minute drive again, the young man who waited on me again would not listen to my issue, oh they look like they are sitting fine on your face. Distance is still not clear! He did not adjust anything but the ear piece and that did nothing for where they sit. They slide down constantly. Oh well I am on my rant, the original appointments for my wife and I, we both received the prescription and promptly/ rudely told, they could not manufacture my wife’s. We went to a store I. The same mall and they made them for her. No issue. I refuse to use Warby Parker in the future, to he Dr is amazing but the store staff needs to learn listening skills and try to assist people. I am going to try this new pair for a period and if they do not get better, I will drive the drive again for a refund. I refuse to ever use Warby Parker in the future! Do not! I repeat, Do NOT ever use this store. I give it 1 star because of the Dr. she is awesome!!
