This business is unbelievable and they don't care about the customer. I went here based on the ads on TV, and the glasses that they offer are just cheap glasses. The glasses arrived at my house and I tried them the same day, I couldn't adjust my eyes enough to make them work. I called them regarding the trouble and I got the run around from the call center. I went the next day to return the glasses, and asked them to double check the lens for the proper prescription. They checked the lens and said they were exactly what the prescription was. I couldn't use them, as I got a headache soon after wearing the glasses. They told me to come back later in the day to recheck my eyes, I told them that was not good for me. They refunded the glasses only, not the eye exam. I then went to my old store and had them check my eyes for a new set of glasses. I didn't show the other prescription until they finished my exam. The eye doctor said that the prescription was way off, he said that I would likely get headaches from this prescription. I contacted my credit card company for a dispute and they are reviewing the case. I purchased two pair of glasses and the eye exam for less money and better made glasses. This place was America's Best glasses on they did a great job with me and my glasses. In a nutshell, I think I would never buy glasses here, and just stick with what I know.

Let me say that the optometrist is great the store is excellent. BUT - They are simply unable to fullfil orders. My first time...all went well. About 1.5 yrs ago...order late delayed then cancelled then magically found when I emailed the CEO. This year...order late; oh it's still coming; we're sorry it's delayed. Meanwhile they've been laid by my insurance and me. I don't know what happened with them but they need to sort out their supply chain. I have a complaint in with the CEO and will file complaints with NYC etc etc. This is unacceptable. They're supposed to have 2 manufacturing centers in the US. No excuse. Their products are great; fulfillment is a joke. Nevwr again .

It seems from previous reviews and my experience there is some type of fraudulent activity happening with the production timeline for the glasses and what they share back to customers in email marketing and what the store team says. The store team quoted 5 days, Warby parker customer service and official email confirmation stated 14 days until it arrives. On day 15, the customer service has no idea when it will arrive and doesn’t have any interest in finding a solution beyond me just waiting.

I have been wearing WP glasses since they opened their first store in New York City. The lenses used to remain scratch free for at least 2 years. My last 2 pairs have become almost unwearable after 6 months. And this is even with the sales person saying that they would put an extra scratch resistant coating on them. I will not be purchasing another pair of WPs. I am very disappointed. complaining on their website got me nowhere!

Warby Parker is the worst. Went in and paid for a combination glasses and contacts exam in Wisconsin. I personally don't wear plastic framed glasses so I waited for the contacts trail to come in but after a Month no trails. My work assignment was ending so I contacted them by phone and they said they would send them to my home. 10 days later the trails came and the prescription was wrong or the contact were made wrong. I go to my account on the Warby Parker website and NO CONTACTS PRESCRIPTION Contacted them again by phone and was told ai had to go in for a contracts follow up. I did so when I reached Illinois and was given another Brand of contacts, now over a Month later NOTHING! Over 2Months and NOTHING Today is September 23, 2026 Called and requested a refund and got Nothing but the run around ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN BECAUSE WARBY PARKER IS THERE TO RIP YOU OFF IN STORE OR ONLINE!!!

My experience ordering new prescription glasses from Warby Parker was fantastic! I placed my order—for both eyeglasses and sunglasses—on a Monday afternoon, shortly after a visit to a local optometrist to update my prescription—and I received both pairs via Veho just 4 days later, way ahead of the 14-day estimate!! The ordering process was smooth and easy, I received regular email and text updates, and not only do I love the Warby Parker designs, but the fit and solid, high-quality materials and construction are great too!

Avoid this company, I would give zero stars if possible. I tried to order online and I uploaded a valid prescription, regaurdless of if it was expired or not, it was valid for me and still fine, I thought I would save money by ordering here and they made me pay upfront and then just to go through over a week of hassle and them wanting me to pay for another exam. Then getting a refund was a total hassle.I will never use this comoany or anyone they are affliated with again, I won't even do retail business with the exam store they tried to hustle me into.

I need new glasses and was considering this company , after the comment Arch Manning made about thinking it is hilarious to abuse women I would never purchase from Warby Parker, you should be ashamed as a company to have a spokesperson who would find that humorous. Pathetic company.
