I purchased 2 pair of progressive lenses including 1 pr of sunglasses a little over 6 months ago to the tune of $840. I needed to change the prescription and just wanted use the frame and replace the lenses with the new script and a different tinted lens. The price estimate was $375! I called customer service hoping I could get a price break, but no deal. Pretty disappointed - won't be returning. If you are going to purchase from Warby Parker, get the extended warranty even though it's only for 1 year.

I visited the Freehold Mall location today regarding an issue with my recently purchased glasses\. Unfortunately, I found the in\-store interaction disappointing, as the attendant appeared dismissive and did not seem interested in addressing my concerns\. I felt uncomfortable continuing the conversation and ultimately decided to leave\. Fortunately, my experience with customer service by phone was excellent\. The representative promptly resolved the issue and arranged for a replacement pair of glasses, making the process much less stressful\. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and support I received\. While the phone assistance was outstanding, I hope the company will review the in\-store experience and reinforce the importance of treating customers respectfully, listening carefully, and providing meaningful assistance when concerns arise

Workers are helpful but they don’t tell you everything the progressives didn’t work on me and they didn’t tell me about bifocals because they don’t carry them When they asked me to come back after a year they didn’t tell me I would have to pay so I went in high heat to shop to be told I’d have to pay

Alas, the love is gone. My first pair of Warby Parker glasses were sunglasses, the day after my LASIK surgery in 2019. I loved them. I lost them. They discontinued them. I bought my second pair of Warby Parkers on vacation on Venice Beach in 2021. They were called the Sonia, and black. I loved them. I lost them. They discontinued the black ones. WHY? I bought another color, but I don't love them. My next were a pair of reading glasses. I have no idea why the frames were recommended to me. They were very unflattering. I donated them. Next, were my favorite glasses of ALL TIME. Aja in Confetti Tortoise. I had Irlen lenses placed in them. Irlen color is light pink and they looked AMAZING. I lost them two years later (heartbreak!!) AND THEY ARE DISCONTINUED. This is how much people love these glasses - people are selling them on Etsy and Ebay for $500 to 600. Why on earth would they discontinue them? But this next story is the cherry on the cake. I have ADHD which is why I lose glasses so often. That's on me. But this, this story drives me crazy. In 2025 I paid $$$ for an exam and expensive lenses for reading and computer work. The frames were amazing. Dasia in Ristretto Tortoise. But when I came to pick them up the prescription was wrong. They sent them back to fix. AND THEN EMAILED ME TO TELL ME THEY WERE DISCONTINUED. I asked for a refund.

I liked the store, the selection, and the staff. I do NOT like the customer service menu and answerers. I tried to call to ask for an itemized bill for insurance. I called the number listed for the office, but finally got the main office after shouting representative multible times. Finally I got a person who said he would email an itemized receipt. Got it. Still not itemized. Trying to figure out if it is worth it to try again. A brutal experience!

I've ordered 10 plus pairs of glasses from Warbyparker.com (usually 2 pairs at a time). Once my order came and they instantly made me go cross-eyed, so i knew something was wrong. They replaced them asap and the next ones were perfect as usual. Another order disappeared in transit (probably delivered to the wrong house) so i can't blame warby for that. Once again they took care of it amd I had my order in another week or so. Every other time I've ordered has been flawless. I'll continue to buy more from them in the future. My only complaint is the last 2 orders were both significantly delayed. 1st order I went with standard shipping since the time frame for delivery was supposed to be well before an upcoming vacation. They arrived the day of my trip which was stressful... but i got them at least. This time I ordered 2 new pairs for yet another vacation and even paid the extra for shipping to have them expedited in time. Welp, I'm leaving tomorrow and they aren't here. I forget what the extra shipping cost, but that was money down the drain. I'm actually more worried that they will be sitting outside for 2 weeks while I'm away since nobody will be home to bring the package in. I love warby parker but they arent good at fulfilling their promised deadlines

A pair of prescription sunglasses that I purchased less than 4 years ago fell on the floor and the frames cracked in half. I kept them in a case when I’m was not wearing them and took good care of my glasses. The store was able to put the lenses back into a new frame of the same type but charged me as much as a new pair would have cost including lenses. This was a rip-off price and they did not issue an apology. They explained that their glasses are biodegradable which was a quite obvious!

I am not sure what happened in terms of quality to Warby Parker, I ordered my first pair from them 3 years ago, but now the price is not the same, and the quality is also not the same.
