Did the home try on, picked two frames and ordered them with my prescription. They came in about a week, the fit is good and the prescription is right, and it cost way less than my optometrist quoted me.

My experience ordering new prescription glasses from Warby Parker was fantastic! I placed my order—for both eyeglasses and sunglasses—on a Monday afternoon, shortly after a visit to a local optometrist to update my prescription—and I received both pairs via Veho just 4 days later, way ahead of the 14-day estimate!! The ordering process was smooth and easy, I received regular email and text updates, and not only do I love the Warby Parker designs, but the fit and solid, high-quality materials and construction are great too!

I had purchased a very expensive pair of reading glasses that came to 178.00 after adding a couple of things to the lenses. While waiting for them to ship I was diagnosed with cancer. Automatically started chemotherapy then surgery. Not to mention scans, X-rays, port installed into chest and the numerous doctors apts. Glasses arrived and were just too big for my face. I didn’t even have the energy to deal with this at the moment so the box they came in sat aside for a couple months. We are now at the end of summer and now that I have time to do things I was upset when I found the glasses sitting in the box, I knew that this was way past the time for a exchange. However I sent a email to Warby Parker explaining my situation not really expecting anything to come from this email. They responded quickly with a response allowing me to exchange them. They were extremely compassionate and understanding to my situation. I was shocked because the glasses were ordered in March. Although never worn or used they allowed the exchange with no hesitation. I ended up going into a store so that I could be properly fitted. I have bought glasses in the past and have had them for many years without any issues. I cannot say enough about how I was treated. I find their products well worth the money as well as the quality. I’m pretty shocked after reading some of these reviews and find it hard to believe as well. My family have been customers with WP now for 10 yrs.

I have been buying glasses from Warby Parker for years and was disappointed that they didn't offer exams. THEY NOW OFFER THEM AND MY EXAM WAS PHENOMENAL!!! The staff was great! The optician took her time and was VERY thorough. It took about an hour and she dotted every "I" and crossed every "T." I have an underlying medical condition and usually need to educate the optician before an exam. She was familiar with my condition and educated me. She took her time and gave me a new prescription. I did not know that it was possible for me to see this well. Then, I went up front to pick out lenses. The guy that I worked with was amazing! I picked out a few "comfortable" frames. Then, he offered some suggestions that I would never pick on my own. I loved them so much that I ended up going with his choices. He also kept my busy toddler occupied during the entire visit, so that I could focus on the exam and glasses. I also needed contacts. I have been wearing the same brand for years. They did not try to convince me to switch (which usually happens at other eye clinics) and he even got me a good rebate. My entire experience was amazing!! I have 0 complaints.I LOVE WARBY PARKER!

First time using Warby Parker and I couldn't be more pleased! Arrived in 5 days, fit perfectly, best pair of glasses I ever had with a great price on top of it! All the other negative reviews must be from competitors. Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Warby Parkers customer service at the store is quick and easy. Quality of the eyeglasses is great. The shipping time is around one week, but it's free and nothing ships fast these days. My husband is ill and will be out of work for quite awhile, the inexpensive options are so appreciated. I just wish they had told me at the store that they have expedited shipping, I would have done that. I've shopped at WP for 3 years now.
