I like the design of their glasses and the simple pricing system. I prefer getting several pairs of these and rotating through them as a better option than paying the same price for one really nice pair from another company.

Durable frames and great customer service
I bought some acrylic glasses from Warby Parker around 2013 to be my spare pair (in case my main glasses were damaged or I got bored of them). I didn't wear them very much. Alas the frame broke a few years later. I then emailed Warby Parker, and they replaced the broken frames for me. Great customer service!
The replacement frames were also my spare pair for a while, but I have been wearing them all day every day for months now. I like the shape and colour, and they have proved to be really durable. Really happy with them.

I have had a pair of Warby Parker for…
I have had a pair of Warby Parker for about 6 months now. I loved the experience of buying glasses from them. I ordered 5 different glasses and got to try them at home. It was very easy to send them back and then re-ordering the frame that I wanted. It arrived in a super cute box. They are really comfortable and stylish. My husband just ordered a pair today as well :)

I ordered online a replacement pair of…
I ordered online a replacement pair of glasses, as those I have are scratched (and I have them on every single minute of the day). After 3 weeks, I asked for an update, and they realized that the person who had taken my order had made a mistake and they were waiting for me to send my glasses, in order to replace the lenses. I paid the difference in order to get the frame as well and I was assured my finally corrected order would be given priority and I'd receive what I needed in one week. One week later, without any news, I wrote them. And then one of their supervisors realized that, not only that frame was no longer available, but that they could not send me another pair of glasses without a doctor's appointment first! I will certainly NOT use their services every again, and I will keep wondering if they took advantage of me because, as they know from my doctor's appointments in the past, and my own name, that I am a foreigner.

Short story- quality frames of frames…
Short story- quality of frames is poor and terrible customer service. Avoid!
Longer story - I did their free frame trail thing and found a pair of frames I liked. I ordered that pair and entered in all my prescription info. I was wanting to get 2 pairs (in different colors) and since my eyesight isn’t great and I needed some of the extras, it was going to be expensive so I used the financing option. I was then contacted a couple days later that they needed more info about my prescription. I gave them the info and as they’re entering it they let me know they actually can’t update this order since I used the financing option and would have to cancel my order and then order it again. ?? I canceled the order and then decided to pay with my debit card and only get 1 pair of glasses in order to avoid this happening again. I wait a couple weeks and my new glasses arrive. Can’t wait to try them on! Put them on and...it’s very clear the prescription is wrong. The glasses also felt and looked different than the trial pair; more flimsy and cheap looking. I call them to say the prescription is definitely wrong (as opposed to just needing to adjust to it). They put me on hold to trouble shoot with one of their eye specialists. Customer service then tells me call volume is high and they can call me back. They can’t give me a time for the call back, but they’ll call me back sometime today. I say that’s fine and we hang up. Two hours later I receive an email from customer service saying I’ll need to call them and they’re not doing call backs at this time (FYI this was toward the tail end of COVID lockdown time). I call back and I’m given exact same run around as before. I never received any help and after a week, totally disgusted and unimpressed with their process and customer service, I returned the glasses. Some of the customer service reps were nice and did their job well, but majority offered terrible customer service and gave the impression you should be grateful for any morsel of help they provide. Person who processed the return could have cared less about my poor experience and losing a customer. Hope this review helps someone avoid the headache that is Warby Parker.

Their customer service is pitiful
Their customer service is pitiful. We bought two pairs of glasses and asked for two separate receipts. They cannot give you two separate receipts to submit to the insurance company.
Their glasses are good - but their customer service sucks! I've bought loads of glasses from them... but going forward, I am gonna have to go elsewhere. I ask you for two receipts... and you can't help me... I need to find a better company to do business with. I'm gonna try a different company.

Poor customer service
Placed order. There was a problem with it. They forgot to contact me. If I hadn’t got in touch I would never have received my order. Wanted to place second order but asked for incentive (maybe a discount) to keep my custom. They refused. Not a great way to treat a new customer, especially after messing up. Needless to say, I’ll be using another company 😡

I have a pair of WP glasses that I love. I purchased them about 4 years ago, and the experience was unparalleled. Everything was so easy. I had 2 sets of trials sent because I didn't like anything in the first 5. Returning the first set and getting another was effortless. Had to call customer service about the coating on my lenses. Took 5 minutes and was expedited correctly. Received my glasses promptly, and have been happily wearing them since. After 4 years of the same frames (I don't have a prescription that changes a lot), I went back on the website to order another 5 pairs.
I didn't log in, because I thought I had changed my email address since last time. I chose 5 frames to try, and tried to register as a new customer. Apparently I was already registered, so I just had to change my password. Got sent a link, changed it, and everything was fine.
Well....when I went back to place my order for the frames I HAD JUST PICKED OUT 3 MINUTES AGO, all but one frame was either gone, wasn't available in my face width anymore, or had changed colors. Like....what?
How does the selection of available frames drastically change, within the time it took to change a password? It saved my quiz results that I took as a guest, but not what was in my shopping cart? I didn't like any of the frames that were now available, except the one that was still there from before, so I gave up.
Reading the reviews here, I see Warby Parker must have gone downhill from the last time I ordered, which is a shame. I was ecstatic that the process before had gone so smoothly, and wanted a repeat of that. I don't want to go in anywhere, because I don't like being harassed while I'm trying on frames, and trying them on in a poorly lit office is not the same as being able to really take them for a test drive; which is precisely why I went to WP in the first place. And, now with Covid, I really avoid going places I don't have to, because I have trouble breathing in a mask for longer than about 30 mins, due to my own health issues. Now I'm trying to find another online frame company, but if I can't, I'll just keep wearing the glasses I have.
Ugh. So tired of this happening.
