YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THESE FRAMES ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY. Had my back-up glasses made at Warby. The finished glasses received did not fit as the sample in the store did. They were very stretched out. Instead of replacing the frames, they fixed them in the store. It took about a week for the frames to stretch back out and become almost unwearable. They said they would fix them again and I could keep coming back every time they stretched out. I would rather pay more and get a decent product. BEWARE!

On March 20th I paid for an online eye exam, the promised result was that my contacts and glasses prescription (which had not changed) would simply be renewed for another year. A doctor okayed it and I thought I was done. Only I went to get my contacts and they couldn’t send me the new prescription. They said it would take a few days. Luckily, the place where I get my contacts was kind enough to give me some samples. 2 months later, I went back and they STILL haven’t done it. I leave for a funeral and really have time to keep waiting and driving back and forth looking for my prescription!! I’ve called twice and they just apologize but no one does anything! This isn’t acceptable! I’ve used them for over 6 years for glasses and even recommended them to friends. I won’t be doing that again. Even Mary, the supervisor who had me on hold a of over 40 minutes did nothing. “Sorry. We promise it’ll be there within 2 days”.

I placed an order and paid extra to expedite it. Two days before they were due to arrive, they had not been shipped so I utilized the chat feature to follow up and was told unequivocally that my glasses would arrive. The next evening they still had not been shipped and I followed up again. Oops, they won’t be there on time. “Let me reach out to the lab to see if they can ship to arrive one day late and I’ll email a response”. That never happened. Today when they were supposed to arrive, I followed up again and was told it would be at least another 24 hours for them to provide an update. I’ll be winging my way out of town by then. My advice based on NOT receiving the glasses is to not trust their timing, customer service or promises for follow up. I could have used another provider, but now I’m screwed.

Worst frames I have ever owned. Constanly come loose within a couple of days. Constantly fall off my head if I look down!

I have bought Warby Parker’s glasses for years and my experience has always been decent but I am also a fairly easy customer. Today after they changed my appointment three times they didn’t see me because I was three minutes past their grace period (of 5 minutes!) due to an accident I ran into on the way. Very disappointing experience and honestly they will never see me in any of their stores ever again.

Extremely disappointed. This is the second time I’ve paid for expedited shipping with Warby Parker, and the second time my glasses have ended up delayed with no clear explanation of where they are. There are plenty of other reasonably priced eyewear companies that reliably deliver on time. Based on my experience, I recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be ordering from Warby Parker again.

I ordered glasses two weeks ago. They emailed me multiple times asking for my pupillary distance measurement, I had provided that and taken multiple photos of my face and submitted them. I would get confirmation that it’s good and then a day or two goes by and they send me another email that you need my measurements again. I reached out via chat and was old there was a “glitch” in the system. Always a red flag excuse in my opinion. Was then told they would begin processing the order but would still be waiting another two weeks. No offer to discount or provide expedited shipping for my inconvenience.

Terrible experience from order delivery to customer service reachability to resolution of lost package. First time trying these guys and will be the last. Complete waste of time and money if you’re smart you will avoid this company
