Wandrd products and customer service are amazing. They stand behind their bags and truly care about their customer experience. I have the original Prvke 21L and camera cube, both being excellent for everyday and travel. I also recently picked up a Hexad Access Duffel for longer trips and you can tell how much thought is put into the design. When it comes to customer service, the Wandrd team is always willing to help, answer questions or offer advice, and you can tell they're excited about their offerings. They responded to questions promptly (less than 24 hours, and often within the same work day) and even offered their own personal use cases when it came to sizing questions. I'd highly recommend trying out their products and reaching out to their team if you have any questions.

Top quality gear and great customer service. I ordered a tech bag at full price and they went on sale two days later. Reached out and their team was willing to price match the sale. so cool

I really like the company so far. The wandrd prvke 31L is very high quality and I very much appreciate the lifetime warranty, it gives me great confidence that they stand behind their gear. I recently reached out for a price adjustment on a lens case I had purchased which went on sale, and they happily accommodated.
