Recently purchase I recently purchased their newest backpack. Upon receiving the package, I realized one of the accessories was missing. I emailed their customer support and they got back to me within hours and had already sent out the missing items before I even got a chance to reply to the email. I would say this is top-notch text book customer service.

I ordered a camera bag and a laptop case but unfortunately my laptop bag didn’t fit the way I needed to. I reached out for info about returns and got a response immediately. In doing so, I also realized the bag I just bought was now on sale. I inquired about getting a price match and it was immediately granted. Thankful for the quick responses and kind service.

Unresponsive, poor customer service written on 10/26 re order x on 9/9 This is my 3rd communication with you. On 9 /9 I ordered some straps. They didn’t cinch down tight enough for my tripod. I immediately filled out your form and asked for a refund. It’s now 5 WEEKS LATER. NO RESPONSE! This sure does not sound like valuing your customers! I really want this resolved. You do not offer a phone # or address. I’m beginning to think you are an unreliable company. At this point, I expect a very quick response from you.
