Great customer service + great products. Recently purchased the Prvke 21L for full price and the bag went on sale a couple days later. I reached out to Wandrd support to see if they could accomodate a price adjustment and Kyle applied the adjustment with no hassle. They've made a lifelong customer out of me not only from this experience, but the quality of their products and the support they offer their customers.

I backed the Company ever since their first bag dropped and they continue to amaze me with the quality of their products and customer service. Lost my chest strap - boom they took care of my problem right away. I work with the wandrd bags everyday on film and photoshoots and i definitely wont change my bags ever again.

The pro cube has been a great bag for my gear. It is built sturdy, it fits my Mark III and my 4 main lenses with plenty of room left. It fits into some of my other bags as well as works as a stand alone bag and I've been loving it for on the go. Customer service was very kind when I had questions and responded quickly! highly recommend :)

Change of mind about lifetime warranty I've had a bag PRVKE 21l black as a gift. After three years of daily use my backpack zipper has broken. I contacted support to reclaim the lifetime warranty. After after many exchanges, as I am not the original purchaser, I was denied warranty... this positioning was well specified in the guarantee policy, I'm OK, but despite this I was disappointed. I decide to contact the after-sales service again, and after a productive exchange ( thanks Kyle ; ) we found a good ground, and I decide to buy a new PVKE bag. The warranty is non-transferable, does not apply to items purchased second hand, and we do require proof of purchase in the form of an invoice / receipt in order to make a claim. I am an enthusiastic photographer and regularly use many WANDRD products (e.g. PRVKE 31L, Roam 9L, a couple of Tech bags, DETOUR). I also used one of their FERNWEH backpacks during my recent Kilimanjaro hike. I've owned and used a lot of other products in the market as well. I can say, with a high degree of confidence, that the level of functionality and comfort that you can get from Wandrd products are unmatched. The company's support staff are also very helpful.

I bought a FERNWEH backpack last year, very satisfied about the bag, recently I lost a chest strap adjustment, I reached them and they sent me one for free really quickly !
