I am revising my negative review because Wandrd responded to all my queries in a timely & professional manner. Although unable to satisfy my issue, they offered responses that were clear, concise and sensible. I look forward to trying out their products in the future.

I have been using the PRVKE camera bag from WANDRD and it has been fantastic! I especially love the Sedona Orange color and great organizational capabilities. I only have a few small issues with this bag: does not include enough velcro dividers; don't care for the roll top, with is was built without this; the bag gets hot to wear despite their air channels. Despite these issues, I would recommend this bag. Looking forward to seeing what WANDRD comes out with in the future. On a side note, I was hoping to purchase a couple more dividers to get my bag set up properly and it seems they are sold out until further notice. Keeping my fingers crossed they get stock in soon.

The seam on my bag failed. To be honest, I was very frustrated with the response to the failure at first, as I was asked to go find a repair shop, but I live in a rural area with nothing like that around. I expressed this frustration and they provided me with voucher to purchase a new bag. This was a welcome solution given I didn't have many options to have the bag repaired locally. I appreciated their help and quick resolution to this issue.

I bought my PRVKE back in 2018, right after the Kickstarter launch, and it’s been my go-to bag ever since. I’ve used it for professional photo and video work in Hawaii, and it’s traveled with me across multiple countries as my carry-on — holding laptops, camera gear, extra clothes, and all the essentials perfectly. The size is ideal, and the roll-top design is one of my favorite features — super versatile for expanding storage or clipping on extra gear when needed. The camera access hatch on the side makes it ideal for on location shooting and weather ( for us at the volcanos) situations as well. After seven years of heavy use, the coating along the zippers started to fray and leave residue. I submitted a warranty claim, and within 24 hours WANDRD had a replacement bag on the way. I only had to cover minimal shipping — incredible customer service and support. It’s rare to see a product hold up this well for so long, and even rarer to see a company stand behind it like this. Huge thumbs up to WANDRD.

While the product had an issue (1. generation of the product, 2. generation are far more reliable), the support replace the hole product ( now on my both of my products). They have a well findable claim-form to contact the support. Very customer friendly. Until now, I doesn’t have issues with my replaced stuff. Be careful, the warranty can only be used once in the lifetime of the product.

This has been my go to bag since I got it. Then the Velcro started coming off and making a mess of the opening. Customer service was quick to tell me that this wasn't covered in the lifetime warranty. But JUST now, when the zipper broke, they were even FASTER to approve the replacement bag and with HASSLE or stress whatsoever. They made a complicated process painless, and I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY NEW BAG!

Very good products and nice service. After 5 years of using my bag, I still could use the warranty. Would be nice if I could pay with Ideal since I live in Europe.

The warranty is very impressive, very immediate reply for my claim. It'll be perfect if there are some cheaper shipping methods. By the way, enjoy using the PRVKE a lot
