Slowest dispatch in the history of online shopping and unresponsive customer service! Bought a bag and the confirmation email clearly states that the product will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The item was purchased on a Monday, and 4 days later, no dispatch whatsoever. Does this company have different definitions for business days?! Customer service never responded. Absolutely the slowest dispatch in my personal history of online shopping. I honestly don't care how good the design or quality is anymore with this service this bad...

Worst customer service in history! They've started out by being very helpful and responsive, but have soon stopped replying to my emails, even after I sent them messages both on Facebook and Instagram! Plus, they have also deleted my review on their Facebook page. Outrageous..

Bought the wandrd 31 photo bundle, which is a great deal. Room for lots of (well, all of my) equipment. The bag will double as my bike-bag for my work commute. It is more comfortable than my old Haglöfs. There was some confusion about a discontinued camera sling, but that was quickly settled with a refund
