Whatever you do, don't get on their mailing list. You will be inundated with emails with no way to unsubscribe. The unscubscribe link does not work. I have contacted the company counteless times to remove from their list which dumps annoying mail into my account every other day, and even when promised by their staff my address will be removed, I still continue to receive mail.
The offered discount for getting on their mailing list is not worth the hassle of dealing with the spam that gets sent.

Hey Ronald,
I just double checked your email with our email program and made sure you were unsubscribed. It looks like the company we use for marketing emails had a brief IT error where the unsubscribe buttons weren't importing correctly. Sorry about that. That's definitely not a normal experience, but you are definitely unsubscribed now.

Poor quality Prvke V4 lack of warranty
If I could give this review a no star I would, I’m extremely disappointed with the prvke v4 and Wandrds warranty. I recently used this bag for the first time and when I got home and unpacked my camera kit I found the small top rear pocket was damaged. The material had frayed resulting in the pocket becoming useless and useable. I contacted Wandrd through there warranty process to get a response saying they won’t replace the item and that it can be repaired. After visiting a few repair shops I was told due to the material and type of damage it was irreparable.
Disappointed in the customer service and response to the issue is an understatement especially as I have ordered multiple bags from them in the past which have been great, this one seems to be let down my quality and now I have a bag that is damaged and one that I don’t want to use in the condition it’s in.
Response from WANDRDJul 22, 2026
Hey Nick,
So sorry to hear about your experience. I reached out to our warranty team and it looks like they may have accidentally sent you the wrong information. This specific issue should've been replaced under our warranty, not offered a covered repair.
9/10 of our customers prefer to get their bags repaired if they ever fail instead of going through the hassle of having to ship their bags around and getting a new delivery, but for the specific issue your bag had, we actually replace those. Our service team will be reaching out shortly!

Reviews on their website never got published. Read this if size matters to you
Left reviews (3 stars) twice on Wandrd official website but never got published. Doing some research suggests that the review platform "Okendo" that Wandrd use, allow retailer to choose what reviews to be published. So it is highly likely that my reviews have been rejected.
To get the feedback/message across for the benefits of other potential customers I have no choice but leave the review here, the low rating reflects the fact that two of my original reviews (with photos evidence too) have not been "chosen" to be published.
I bought the mystery box deal in April 2026, which is no longer available now in May 2026. In fact I was asked by Wandrd to leave a review for my purchase, but unfortunately it never got published.
I purchased the mystery box in first place because I was led to believe, by the advertising photo of the essential cube that it is sufficiently large to house my kits. In the mystery box, the 21L Prvke is paired with the essential cube so I thought even if I got given the 21L it would still be great, and ofcourse if I got a 31L that'd be even better (seeing 90% of the reviews of the mystery box got the 31L so that also got my hope high!).
I noticed from the dispatched email that I was given the 21L, so not much of a surprise by that time, but I am still looking forward to receiving the Prvke 21L very much.
Upon unboxing the parcel, I started to put my kits in it, but straightaway I noticed the essential cube is way too small. I have a Nikon D750 and when I put it together with the 24-120mm kit lens (dimensions: 84mm x 104mm) inside, almost 70% of the space is occupied. There isn't much space left to fit any other lens, unlike what the advertising photo suggest. I took out the lens hood and still doesn't help much. And when I put the dividers in, there is hardly any space left for other kits...
So I started to review the advertising photos and did some research. It looks like that in the photo, the camera was a Sony A7C II paired with the Sony 70-200mm f2.8 GM OSS II (dimensions: 88mm x 200mm). The Sony lens alone would been longer than my D750 plus the kit lens, so the maths just doesn't add up, as the advertising photo suggests that even after fitting in the Sony camera and lens, there are still quite a lot of spaces to house other lens, batteries, pouch etc. I then also compared the advertising photo where the essential cube is empty vs the one filled with kits. In the photo where the cube is empty, you can see the dividers are a bit squashed, whereas when it is filled with kits, the dividers are less squashed, so that doesn't make sense again. As such, I believe that advertising photo where the cube was filled with kits is actually the "essential plus" as opposed to the "essential" version. And that's where I was misled by the photo where I thought the essential cube would be spacious enough for my kits, which in fact, it wasn't unfortunately.
Finally, the advertising photo below "specification" of the camera cube page was the same regardless of whether you select the essential, essential plus or essential deep, which again is a bit misleading unless customers pay a lot of attention to it.
In fact, I noticed that some other customers have left similar review that the size of the cube is much smaller than the advertising photos suggest.
I still like the bag, I like the design, and that it is not manufactured in country which I try to avoid. However, it does not fit my purpose, unlike what the advertising photo suggests.
But make sure you know what size you need to get, don't let the advertising photos misled you.

Hey Hy,
Thanks for reaching out on this. I want to reassure you that we always post reviews and never shy away from feedback, even when they're not positive. We post negative reviews from customers just as much as we have positive ones, even if negative ones are far more rare.
I also want to point out that your review IS posted on the Mystery PRVKE (The product you purchased on your order). The Mystery PRVKE product, however, is currently inactive during our summer sale, which is why it might seem like it didn't show up. There is a delay between the time someone leaves a review and when Okendo (the automated review platform) reviews and posts them. The duplicate review you posted on the Camera Cube V2, however, was actually automatically denied by our review platform for:
A: Being a duplicate review (We do this because we don't want to artificially inflate or deflate any truthful review numbers.)
B: Not being the actual product you received on your Mystery order. Your Mystery PRVKE order came with the Camera Cube V1, which is no longer available on the site.
Either way, thank you for the feedback, and I hope this extra clarification helps explain that your review was in fact posted. Have a great day.

Prvke Velcro broke after 2 weeks lite edc
Bought a prvke for daily use and used it for about 2 weeks carrying a laptop and edc carries (barely filling the bag. After 2 weeks the Velcro started to rip off the roll top so I hit up support hoping they’d be helpful. They told me to fix it myself. Ever since I refuse to buy from this company. Worst quality bag and customer support I’ve ever experienced. Their warranty should cover their manufacturing defects no matter how small. Now I only buy from legit craftsman and designers such as nomatic, peak design, evergreen, and clever supply co to name a few of the best.
Edit: it’s not one single stitch as wandrd has replied here suggesting to devalue my honest review of their quality and service. Don’t buy from them.
Edit 2: still being gaslit by this company telling me what issues I am having with the bag I bought from them. It’s unreal. Here to leave an honest review yet they want to twist the plot. Buy nomatic, buy peak design, buy evergreen, buy clever supply, buy wotancraft!

Hey Devin,
Sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as premium as others have had with us. It looks like your warranty claim was back in 2024, and we offered to cover the cost of a repair for that single stitch that came loose on the velcro. (Edit: From the picture provided in your claim, it appeared to be one stitch.

If it's more now, apologies for the misunderstanding. Happy to review any new photos after a repair.)
Most of our customers actually prefer to get small issues like that one fixed locally, rather than go through the hassle of waiting for a replacement and cause additional pollution to the planet. We take our commitment to the environment very seriously and having barely damaged bags end up in landfills hurts us all. At this time, WANDRD doesn't have a dedicated repair facility, so we allow our customers to choose one they trust locally, rather than shipping it back and forth.
Fortunately, the lifetime warranty is still in effect on your bag, so if you ever do get it fixed locally (usually less than $10 at a local shoe repair/luggage repair shop), we'll happily reimburse you fully for it. Just send us a receipt of the work. Have a nice day.

Not serious, high prices
First of all, if you buy a Wandrd product, you are asked for an opinion. With a system run by Okenda; if it's positive, it's published on the site; if it's negative, as in my case, it's simply ignored. This is not fair to potential customers and may in fact constitute an example of misleading advertising. This is the reason why only positive comments are found.
Wandrd sells products that are now obsolete and no longer accepted by professional sellers with a system “mistery pack” in which he promises discounts of 50%, leaving the doubt to the potential buyer of which product he will then find a nice acquired package. Since Wandrd knows the overall quantitative composition of the packages and the buyer does not, the latter is severely disadvantaged and the promised discounts are not effective. In conclusion, you end up paying for an item much more than it is worth.
Finally, if you want to return a wrong purchase, as required by EU legislation on web shopping, you must cover the return costs, which makes returning it impossible or inconvenient.
........
Your answer deserves some clarification.
First of all, you had two reviews because one concerns the purchase of a Mystery pack and the other the review system adopted by Wandrd which publishes only the positive ones.
Regarding reviews, there are many comments on when that say okenda only publishes positive reviews; for this reason, it is used by companies that fear negative ones. A company cannot legally publish only positive reviews and hide negative ones, as it is considered an unfair and deceptive business practice, prohibited by transparency and competition regulations; it is obliged to show a complete and authentic picture, The fact that you give a discount to those who give reviews is an additional aggravating factor.
About the Mystery pack , you proposed a unrealistic and unaffordable only after the following communication that I send you on the matter: ""The Mystery Pack is intentionally sold at a significant discount" .... in the pack I recevied there is not a significant discount. Very easy to prove.
The package does not correspond to your notice (included at the bottom) because it could never have a value of 136 euros. I remain of the opinion that your advertising notice is "misleading advertising." Only if it is demonstrable that at least 2/3 of the sales in this category are Rogue 6 and 9 L have different colors, could the opposite perhaps be argued. Otherwise it would be certified that this is a so-called lemon sale. I remind you that your own advertising claims that the new product Rouge V2 4 L is significantly better quality and has a price on your site of 129 euros, with a wide choice of colors.
I remain of my opinion that Wandrd should proceed with a refund upon return.
In any case the German justice system, which essentially overlaps with the corresponding European Union legislation, has declared that mystery boxes fall under the same right of return as any other online purchase. If you are looking for a specific ruling on this issue of the Italian and/or European justice system, this is certainly a useful opportunity to obtain it for the Wandrd Mystery pack".
This is a matter of principle for me, certainly not the expenditure of EUR 78. This communication alone, in terms of time and professionalism employed, costs me much more. Perhaps it's time for you to prove the authenticity of the statement "as a customer, you're part of the WANDRD family" and the corporate reputation associated with it."
I remain of my opinion that the review system published on the Wandrd website, the sale of Mystery packs and the payment required from customers for returns of purchased items are "unfair" to consumers.
About your advice,
Response from WANDRDJan 20, 2026
Hey Maurizio,
It looks like you've left a few negative reviews on Trustpilot about us. Thank you for your feedback, even if it's negative. After reviewing your emails, as well as negative reviews, I'd like to address your concerns:
According to your emails and order, it appears you purchased the ROGUE mystery bundle. In this bundle, it's advertised as a randomized product between a 3L, 6L, and a 9L ROGUE sling.
Here's the website description:
"FINAL SALE! If you love surprises almost as much as you love gear that can survive a little chaos, the ROGUE Mystery Box is your new obsession. Crack it open and you’ll score a ROGUE v1 Sling—either the 3L, 6L, or 9L—all built with that rugged, street-smart DNA the ROGUE line is known for."
It's a fun way of getting a huge discount on something totally random within these three products. We've had hundreds of customers purchase these mystery boxes and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Our warehouse randomly grabs one and people love the surprise and the discount.
From your emails, you stated that you received a 3L sling and were not happy about it--even though it's exactly what was advertised. Potentially any one of the three, randomly chosen by our warehouse. I'm sorry it didn't work for your needs, but it was a 1/3 chance to get that size.
The 3L sling retails for 109 EUR before shipping, and you received yours through the Mystery box for 69 EUR before shipping. (Which as previously stated, could've included any of the three sizes.) Stating that this is not a good discount, is in my opinion, false. Even though you didn't receive one of the bigger sizes that you clearly wanted, you still received an item for a fraction of the retail cost.
Then, even though it was purchased as a final sale item (clearly marked in checkout), we made the exception for you to return it, but you weren't happy that we weren't also able to cover the cost of a return label. We're a company located within the US, so with our EU carrier rates, providing a return label would've cost about 80-100 EUR to make. On all outbound shipping within the EU, we actually already cover the majority of the shipping for customers, but we're unable to also cover it for returns. We're a small company of under 15 people, so we can either choose to keep our prices low and be transparent about shipping, or be like other larger companies and raise the price of our items and falsely advertise "free shipping" like many others do. We chose to be transparent, rather than lie to our customers.
For your concern about reviews, "Okendo" is an automated review platform that goes through reviews our customer's provide. We have bad reviews of products on the site, just as we do good ones. I inspected your review and it looks like yours was denied by the automated system because it had nothing to do with the actual product itself. It was all about not getting a bigger size and being unhappy about the return shipping cost. You're free to leave a review about the product itself.
I would recommend purchasing WANDRD products only in person at one of our many authorized retailers in the future. In addition, a mystery bundle might not be the option for you if there's a chance you won't be happy with one of the products you might receive.

Bad quality and design
Post a 2 stars comment on Wandrd website, not being posted, probably deleted.
I bought a Prvke EDC, design of this bag is quite disappointing. You have to undo the magnetic handle to open it, which is very inconvenient. The roll-top uses Velcro that easily catches on scarves or coats in winter and will likely wear out over time — magnets would have been a much better choice. The front pocket is poorly made, with just a single stitched line as a divider, which was already coming apart when the bag arrived. For the price, I expected much better quality.
Plus, it can't stand on its own.
Response from WANDRDSep 29, 2025
Hey King,
Thanks so much for your review of the PRVKE. We're sorry you had a bad experience with it. We know that we can't please everyone with new models of our gear, no matter what we do, so we appreciate the candid feedback. We honestly do review every single piece of feedback we get on our bags so that we're always finding ways to improve and grow. I hope you're able to have a better experience with another bag of ours in the future! Keep WANDRing!

Update: that is simply not true. I sent you the screenshots of the mail you sent me, confirming that my order was on its way, with the correct adress. I assume you have guessed my adress correct in two different mails then...
Response from WANDRDAug 25, 2025
Hey Noa,
We just looked into this and it appears that when you placed your order, you didn't enter your full address. Accidents happen to the best of us, but it looks like we didn't make any changes at all to this order. I know that can be frustrating, but once the package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any control over it.
Either way, because the carrier was unable to find your home, it was returned it to us. We refunded your order at that time (even refunding the shipping that we still had to pay both ways because of this) and you're free to purchase again if you'd like.
In addition, please feel free to email us the moment you place your order so that we can double check the address is correct as well. We always want to make sure our rad customers get the gear they purchased!
edit: Hey again, Noa. The screenshots you sent us are exactly what we received when the order was placed and what we gave to the carrier. I'm not sure why the carrier would have something different than that, but either way, we've fully refunded you so if you'd like to replace your order, we're more than happy to verify the correct address once again after you place it.

Disappointed by WANDRD – EU customers, know your rights
I recently ordered a PRVKE V3 21L MultiCam Black Photo Bundle from wandrd.eu (the EU-facing site of the US brand WANDRD), with shipping from their Dutch warehouse. Unfortunately, the backpack turned out to be incompatible with my gear, so I requested a return within the legal 14-day window.
According to EU Directive 2011/83 and reinforced by the Rome I and Rome II Regulations, sellers — even if based outside the EU — must comply with mandatory EU consumer rights when selling to EU customers. This includes the obligation to refund all payments received, including the original shipping cost, when a customer exercises the right of withdrawal (Article 13(1)).
WANDRD’s return policy explicitly excludes the refund of outbound shipping (€9.95), which directly contradicts this EU legal requirement. I accepted to pay the return shipping myself (€36), even though it was quite expensive, because EU rules allow sellers to leave that cost to the consumer. But refusing to refund the original shipping wasn’t acceptable — not because of the amount, but because it's a matter of principle and legal consumer rights.
After a polite request and then a PayPal dispute, they eventually refunded the €9.95 — but only as a “one-time exception.” Before doing so, they sent me a message warning that if I didn’t cancel the dispute, it would be treated as “fraudulent activity,” and that I would be banned from shopping with them again.
Honestly, I found this message intimidating — it felt like an attempt to pressure me into dropping the claim, even though I was simply exercising my legal rights as a consumer.
In the end, they did ban me, despite the fact that I acted respectfully and stayed within my rights the entire time. I’ve always liked WANDRD’s brand and their products, but this experience was genuinely disappointing.
If you're a customer in the EU, be aware that even brands with a good reputation might not fully respect your rights unless you stand your ground — and sometimes, you’ll pay the price for doing so.
Response from WANDRDMay 6, 2025
Hello again, Marco.
I'm sorry it appears you had such a difficult time purchasing from us. This is definitely not a normal experience purchasing from WANDRD. Most of our emails are actually people praising how great our customer service is or how easy we made something! We've proudly sold to our rad customers in the EU for over a decade now, and have never had any issues with this in the past. After investigating this, it appears we are following all regulations for selling within the EU as a US based company, in line with the laws you've stated.
On the point you made about you filing a dispute, all disputes done through Paypal are automatically considered fraudulent. We take great care to ensure our customers are taken care of, and chargebacks not only effect our standing with financial institutions, but we're also heavily fined for them. Over 48 billion dollars of chargeback fraud effected ecommerce businesses in 2024. While chargebacks at WANDRD are fortunately very rare, almost 100% of the time they're initiated is because of someone's card information being stolen. So, we always treat them with the utmost seriousness to ensure our customer's information is 100% secure. We never want anyone's info at risk and take great measures to prevent all fraud, including not allowing accounts with chargebacks to purchase again.
All that being said, I'm glad we were able to get you a full refund for your return. I'm sorry that your gear didn't work out for you, so that's why our team recommended purchasing locally in the future, rather than online. That way you can always ensure your gear will work in person. Either way, sorry your experience didn't turn out like most rad WANDRD experiences we see, and I hope you have a better day.
