I love the Wandrd Prvke backpack but the lifetime warranty is a big scam. The zipper of my Prvke broke down and I filed a warranty claim. After nearly four weeks I received a response that the zipper was covered by the warranty. Wandrd send me a code worth € 204,- to order a replacement. The exact same back at their shop costs 239,-. Their response: “at the time you bought the bag it costed 204”. Very annoying and horrible customer experience.

I purchased the Fernweh Backpack for a two week trip to Costa Rica, and cannot imagine a more perfect photography/travel backpack! I feel like I've been waiting for this backpack for about two decades, and am so happy to now have found it. It is made extremely well, and unlike some of the negative reviews, my customer service experience was exemplary. I had a small issue after receipt of the bag regarding a sale price, and they were responsive and accommodating to my request. Most importantly though you will not want to miss out on this bag. I was able to fit my telephoto lens, along with two additional lenses, along with my D850 without any problem using a Peak Design Cube (that I had previous to finding them). The Peak Design clips worked perfectly on their shoulder straps (which is more unusual than you would think), and like others, I have yet to find a more comfortable pack to carry! Found it almost invisible to me taking long hikes with my entire kit in the back and my camera and telephoto strapped to the front! Extremely weather resistant as well - especially with their rain cover! Again, cannot recommend this pack enough!

What can I say about Wandrd and all the help from Kyle Collison and his amazing team.Funny story with professional customer service and a great resolution. I tried to purchase a backpack online while using a Visa gift card. Well you can't use the VISA gift cards, and another debit/credit card. But you can use the VISA gift card to buy a WANDRD gift card and then use the WANDRD Gift card on the bag. So I tried to do that, and where it said amount you would like to purchase I typed in 100.00. I think there was a bug in their system because it didn't read the decimal and it didn't read the amount. So instead of buying a $100.00 gift card. I actually bought 10,000 gift cards for $0.01. I was getting thousands of emails all through the night with gift cards and codes. I reached out to Kyle and he was so confused because they don't sell gift cards for a penny. So after some collaboration with his team they finally resolved the issue, returned my money on to the VISA Gift card and cancelled out the WANDRD gift cards for a penny each. I had to be patient which I didn't mind. But Kyle went above and beyond to keep me in the loop with the situation and what the team was doing behind the scenes. I am very grateful for such awesome customer service.

I made a purchase on 11/26. Their website states it takes 2-3 business days for orders to process and ship. It seems this is very misleading, as it's now 4 business days from the time of my order, and nothing has shipped. Nothing was done on their end to expedite or make this right. So I cancelled the order. Holidays or not, a business should be ready for busy times of the year with extra staffing etc. Definitely won't be purchasing from these guys again.

Long story short, Wandrd makes innovative products, but don't buy into their warranty - it sounds too good to be true because it is. I bought the PRVKE bag back in 2019 from Wandrd - after a few months the zipper broke while I was backpacking abroad. Incredible bummer, but I reached out to Wandrd and they worked with me and got me a replacement when I got back to the states. Great customer service. Truly lived up to the Wander More Worry Less guarantee. Fast forward three years - it's 2022 and the zipper breaks again. Again, I'm bummed, but I reach out to their customer service to get a replacement. They respond >3 weeks later and deny my request stating "this is a second claim on a repeat issue and multiple claims on a same issue are usually considered as negligence." They had the audacity to claim I was somehow negligent and that's why the bag broke. It's a thin veiled attempt of getting out of their "Lifetime Guarantee." The lifetime of the product means they'll fix it if there's an issue once, but never again. They don't truly take ownership of their products nor their replacement products. The rep I spoke with, Ari, was incredibly unhelpful and offered no resolution to my issues. What a disappointing end of a relationship with a company that I had wholeheartedly supported after my first customer service interaction with them in 2019. I don't know what has changed within Wandrd, but don't waste your time nor your hard earned money.

Bag is great! There was a slight mistake in the delivery but they were quick to respond and resolve the problem. Very pleased with the customer service.

Wander’s customer service is fantastic and I loooove their products! Any time that I have emailed, I received a prompt response with someone who is kind and helpful. I will definitely be recommending their products to my other traveling friends and keep looking for any excuse to buy extra product :)
