WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

The WANDRD Fernweh backpack is simply amazing! From its functionality to its accessory straps, this backpack is a must-have for anyone who needs a reliable and versatile bag for their travels. One of the standout features of the Fernweh is its camera management pack addition, which is perfect for photographers who need a secure and organized space for their gear. The backpack also comes with additional accessory straps, which can be used to attach everything from tripods to water bottles, making it a truly versatile option for all kinds of travel. I did have an issue with the sewing on the separator bag, but the customer support from WANDRD was absolutely amazing. Within just a few days of contacting them, I had a friendly representative offer me a complete replacement of the backpack. This kind of support is hard to come by these days, and it really speaks to the quality of the company and their commitment to their customers. Overall, I would highly recommend the WANDRD Fernweh backpack to anyone looking for a smashing backpack that is both functional and stylish. Whether you're a photographer or simply someone who needs a reliable and versatile bag for your travels, the Fernweh is an excellent choice.

Purchased a PRYVKE Bag in 2020 and the bag let loose some stitching early 2023. Seeing I daily drive it and it feels really durable Was to bad it let loose but the warranty experience is suburb. Really nice people and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a durable bag in any shape or size.

I ordered the WANDRD PRVKE 21L back in 2019 and have been using and loving it for years! Recently, the seams on the interior zipper started to rip, so I filed a warranty claim online. Kyle from customer service got back to me within a few days letting me know that I had filled out the old warranty claim form, and they had navigated over to a new form. He was super apologetic for the confusion, sent me the new link and had me resubmit my claim. My claim was processed in less than 24 hours and the whole process was so smooth. Because the version of PRVKE I had bought was discontinued, the warranty code provided allowed me to order the ALL NEW PRVKE as a replacement. I've been using the PRVKE and HEXAD ACCESS for my worldwide travels and love them both so much!

Quality, durability, reliability are a few words to describe Wandrd products! 3 of us coworkers have the Prvke bags and they all function well and last a long time. Their customer service is top not and they actually care about their customers. Definitely will purchase more!

They’re not letting one star reviews of their products get on their site, even after you verify your email and provide your real name, as well as upload photos of the actual bag you bought. So when you check the reviews everything is always 4.8 stars! What a happy place (except it’s shady as hell).

I have been using this bag for over 2 years and it is a good bag. I use it mainly for my commute to work. With this normal use, the bag started to show signs of use quickly making me question its longevity for a product with a lifetime warranty that is supposed to last for years. If that was all there was to it I wouldn't have written this review. The bag also showed signs of poor workmanship on the inside with seam reinforcements that were coming apart. No problem, this can happen and my product has a lifetime guarantee. After contacting the warranty department, I was kindly told that they would not take care of my bag as this happens often and that all I had to do was rip off the loose ends... My trust in the brand is definitely lost, I will not recommend it to others and their lifetime guarantee is simply a marketing lie

The best backpack ever Hexad Access! Many times I took it as carry on along with my laptop bag. I've been traveling with it to over 25 countries and never disappoints, easy access, easy to carry, easy to quickly pack. The material is really long-term, it looks like new almost, they also give extra pull tabs holders in case it breaks or gets used. I also used it as a checked-in baggage and it still looks very good.
