The main compartment zipper of my Wandrd Prvke 21 eventually broke, almost 5 years after the purchase, during an airport control coming back from US. All of a sudden, that otherwise fantastic bag became completely unusable. I immediately filled-in the on-line form for the warranty claim. Despite the Wandrd disclaimer of a 2-3 weeks time for getting an answer, it only took a couple of days to get an email from Kyle (customer support) who helped me through the entire claim process. No more than 24hours later I received a voucher valid for purchasing the same bag again on Wandrd website (actually a voucher for the value of the new, upgraded model!). Honestly, one cannot ask for more. Superbe customer service!

They really mean lifetime warranty! I bought a bag three years ago and it has been great. I've used it every single day. The zippers on the side pouch finally gave out, and they provided me with a full replacement.

I own and love my D1 fanny pack and recently the exterior coating deteriorated very badly. I found out that there is a new version with different material and wrote in to enquire thinking of purchasing it. To my surprise they suggested I fill a warranty claim. I am delighted they approved the claim with a replacement. They value their customers. Great team. Thanks

I love my WANDRD PRVKE Camera bag. It has so many great features so it’s perfect for camera gear and just as a normal backpack as it just looks great! I love the quick access side pockets. Unfortunately one of zippers broke after 6 years where I have used the bag a lot, but I got it replaced by the warranty. I love all the features of the bag and I am also looking into buying one of the duffle bags because I need a bag that can carry more stuff. I think that the bags are really durable and nicely made. Great customer support!
