I have been using a PRVKE model for 4 years (old model) and been loving my backpack with all its thought-through functionality, design and durability. Simply a great product. Recently, the zipper band of a pocket (side access) came off a little bit, causing the zippers to dislocate. I did not have the receipt or order number since it was a christmas present from my family. I contacted the WANDRD support team with the personal data attached to the order and they quickly figured out the order number which then allowed me to file a warranty claim. Great support, very professional, friendly and super quick! To top it off, my warranty claim was accepted 2 days later and I received a voucher for a BRAND NEW backpack for free. I could not be a happier costumer. They really delivered on their "no need to worry, ever"-warranty policy. I have been loving the product, now I am more than a fan of WANDRD. Looking forward to expand my gear! Thank you for your work, your products and your service. It's been my pleasure!

There are very few bag companies I trust carrying my camera gear. Only two to be precise. Wandrd is one of them. I purchased the wandrd 31L camera bagpack and took it around the world from China to Tanzania, and I use it daily on all my client shoots. It stands up to anything you throw at it. The bag is extremely high quality in my view and I had no issues - well, except for one. After five years one of the zips came off track on the camera access panel, probably down to me being rough with it and using this side access panel multiple times a day. I contacted wandrd and they said I could file a claim with them through their warranty program. I did and within one day they accepted it and gave me a voucher code totalling the value of my bag so I could make a new purchase. I have never seen such a service like this from any company. Kudos to the wandrd team for making such a good bad and for having stellar customer service. Onto the next trip I go! Wandrd for life.

my experience with WANDRD is that they have really helpful gear for photographers. I've used different things since 2020. Now the first time I've had a claim about the material. It has been very easy with the chat to declare the problem and it leasts only 2 days to the solution. "Great news! Your warranty claim with WANDRD has been approved for a full replacement". Thanks a lot to WANDRD I will recommend your gear to my friends and everybody 😊

I’ve been with Wandrd since the beginning, supporting them through all of their Kickstarter campaigns and seeing them grow as a company. What I can say is that it is rare to find such a a versatile company focused on excellent product quality but with also that family feel. Whenever there is an issue they reply immediately whether about product warranty or other matters. To buy Wandrd is to buy lifelong quality and it’s the best looking gear on the block. It’s nice to know there’s a face behind the product and I thank the whole team for that. Keep innovating and bringing cool products to market and I look forward to continuing being a loyal customer. 5 stars is not high enough for Wandrd. They have gone above and beyond for everything. I bought the original Prvke in 2019 and it has been my favourite bag of all time and worked flawlessly for 4 years. Until this morning, when one of the zippers came off. I contacted them about their lifetime warranty when I couldn't even find my order number. They helped me find the order and guided me to the claims page where I filed a claim. Within minutes, my claim was approved and they gave me a brand new updated version of the Prvke. All in the same day the zipper broke. Excellent bags, brilliant service and friendly employees.

I've been using my PRVKE in the 21 Liter version for 4 years to great satisfaction. I used the bag pretty much daily, it's been a great companion. However, a few months back, the main zipper of the bag broke, rendering the bag pretty much useless. The warranty claim worked really well: real people answer you very quickly (I never had to wait more than a day for an answer). I don't know how common is the zipper issue I had, but hopefully this has been addressed with the new revision of the bag that I'm supposed to receive soon. Dealing with WANDRD has been great so far.
